Easy to install and use. The hose is a bit stiff at first, but it is excellent quality.

Purchased this product after using a similar product in a hotel abroad. The hose is a little stiff and makes the storage in the holder difficult but otherwise, great product. All white makes this sprayer an attractive addition to the bathroom.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Janet This Could be the Economical Solution of the Future in Bidets
I have owned every brand 'attachment' type bidet carried by Home Depot, and one more not carried. I have loved their functionality, but every single one has been flimsy, ugly, and nightmare-provoking regarding their capability to leak, with their fragile lines to hot water connections and jokey 'almost-metal' fittings. And besides that, they made cleaning the toilet less thorough, as they leave so many more seams to collect bacteria. I recently removed one I had only just purchased for my new condo (see it at Home Depot, big red/blue 'dials' you'll set once and never adjust again, but bump into often), just because I was embarrassed for my cleaning person to see how grungy it had become (it's the man in the house, I tell you!).
But I simply cannot live without a bidet. So this one seemed interesting. Its design would take care of the complicating of the toilet cleaning, and other buyers said it wasn't very flimsy. I gave it a shot. I have had it installed for a week, and although that doesn't give any data about durability, there are some features I can credibly review. First, it does not live on the toilet seat or rim and so cleaning is made no more difficult than any toilet. The fixture itself is heavier plastic than the attachment kind, and the fittings are solid metal, actually of better quality than the old water-tank connection they replaced. It is possible that the handle of the fixture could itself become soiled, but I am not unwilling to deal with that as a separate small cleaning task. It is also true that the hanging fixture is not well-designed, but as soon as I pass a Toys R Us I will buy a 'Mommy's Helper' (brand name) that will hold it quite securely in a more convenient spot. And the stiff tubing is unfortunate and I have looked at it for the possibility of retro-fitting somehow with flextube (although no strategy came immediately to mind). My other bidets all had a hot water connection, but it took so long for hot water to come through that it was an underutilized feature, and this spray is no worse than those, that is, rather refreshing (and it's zero degrees here in Chicago at the moment). All in all, this bidet solution is easily cleanable, classier-looking than those other ugly attachments, fits fine and out-of-the-way in my really tiny condo bathroom, and is confidence-inspiring in quality. I recommend it, not to mention recommending bidets in general. Sooo soothing.
