Rated 2 out of 5 by from Think twice about ordering, this is not Amazon you are dealing with...Especially if your project is time sensitive The product worked as I expected however Home Depot's choice of a supplier is at best questionable. The product was direct-shipped from the supplier to my home via UPS. Obviously this supplier did not take into consideration that durability of packaging is important (ISTA has excellent protocols to validate shipping). The Shipping box was crushed, the zip-lock bag containing the hardware was in was torn and it appeared to be recycled. The quality of the bag would be minimally appropriate for a sandwich but not 10 lbs of galvanized and stainless steel hardware. To top off this experience, the supplier neglected to add the wheel bushings which rendered the product unusable and it had to be returned to the local home depot. Prior to returning the product, I contacted the Home depot help desk to see if they could resolve this issue. They could not or would not send replacement bushings and directed that the product be returned to the local Home Depot. When I ordered the replacement product, Home depot had the Gall to tell me the price increased by $10. When I challenged them, they relented and conceded the price increase. When the replacement order arrived, the packaging was in worse condition, but the bushing were included. Home depot needs to be more selective of their suppliers and audit their performance if they want to continue playing in Amazon's direct fulfillment space
