Everything was as advertised! Easy assembly. Quality product. Simple installation. Works as advertised, Nice wide steps. Feels solid when entering and exiting the water. One minor comment on the transaction.: Ordered online for pick-up at my local store. Got the email it was ready for pick-up. When I got there, only the ladder was in; no bracket to fold it up. Nowhere on the invoice did it indicate things were shipped separately. The clerk called and was told it would arrive later. I signed the invoice not thinking that there would be no way to track the missing piece. Called a couple of days later and because I didn't have any sort of invoice the clerks had no idea how to find it. I had to go by the store and identify the part on the shelf. Turned out okay but could have been aggravating. Still a great ladder!

The only bad thing it didn't come with the bolts needed to
attach to dock.

The ladder is very easy to assemble. This flip up ladder is very sturdy. Feels good on the feet as you are going down into the water and coming back out. Love the "flip up" option as we want to keep it clean and keep it from getting a slime buildup in the water. Easy to lift and the locking pins are great.

The ladder is very sturdy and very easy to climb with wide and comfortable steps. Well worth the price and exactly as advertised.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by web6614 Outstanding quality!
Outstanding quality, and assembled easy. A friend who is a sign contractor helped me with the installation on my dock. He was impressed with the quality of the workmanship for the price, so was I. The ladder stays out of the salt water till needed so it doesn't collect marine growth.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by jwelt Nice and I'm generally happy with two suggestions (see below)
There were two features I'd change. First, the bolt head for the lift/swivel capability got caught on the hand rail when going into the down position. I had to file off an 1/8 inch on back side of the tube. Second, it may be a bit of overkill to have two cotter pins with safety connections (one on each side). They are pretty big and can stick out into path of swimmer climbing up ladder.
