Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wrong color I thought honey would be a lighter yellowish color, but these were quite dark. I returned them. They seemed to be good quality, just not for us. I purchased two unstained ones from the store which we'll use instead. June 9, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent, but one flaw The product is beautiful and the first half of the project went off without a hitch. It was attaching the top to the rails that was the problem. The holes were so close to the wall it was difficult to get the drill in there to drill the screws in perfectly. Not only that, but the screws were very cheap and stripped out almost instantly. Luckily I had some left over screws in the garage. They didn't match, but the shelf is high enough no one will be looking up there. Fix that issue and keep the price below $10 and it would be a 5! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Product, Not the Easiest Assembly Quality and value of product was exactly what I expected, but assembly of the product was somewhat of a hassle. Instructions tell you to screw supports onto wall, then shelf onto supports. The screws to secure the shelf to the supports are very small and very close to the wall. I ended up stripping the top of one of the screws while struggling with it. Had to go get new screws from the hardware store, remove the shelf supports from the wall, assemble them to the shelf, then mount the whole assembly on the wall. Other than the assembly woes, the product works just fine. June 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Well worth the price and beautiful finish. I am ordering more. The price was very resonable and the shelf was well-made. I am going to order more. June 12, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Well made shelf. Well made shelf. Wish you had it in more colors. I'm not fond of the maple finish. Of course, I'll probably be painting it soon. April 30, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by You get what you pay for These look pretty nice when you take them out of the package but after that it was all downhill. Of six of that I purchased, one of the supports split and a quarter size chuck came out off, one was not square to fit in the corner properly, and every single screw to attach the shelf to the supports stripped the head of the screw. As for the screw heads stripping, I tried 2 different #2 Phillips head screwdrivers and a #1 Phillips head screwdriver. I also tried predrilling through the pre-drilled holes in the shelf into the supports, none of which helped with the screws. I had the best luck with a #2 bit in an 18V cordless drill.. After reading previous reviews, I decided to take a chance on whether they would be square and all but one were fairly close to square, so I mostly lucked out with that issue. As far as the support splitting, I used the pre-drilled guide hole in the shelf, and since it was only one out of 12, I figure there was probably a weak spot in the support for some reason or another. The directions tell you to use a 1/4 inch drill bit if you need to use the anchors included with the shelf. The hole drilled with a 1/4 inch bit is too big for the included anchors and the anchor will just turn with the screw. Either use a smaller bit or plan on purchasing larger anchors. In the end, I achieved the look I was going for and I am the only one who knows the screw aren't screwed in all the way, so if you can live with the imperfections then purchase these. They are, at least, a wooden shelf and not laminate or plastic. February 10, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wood floating shelf The wood pieces that support the shelf do not match the length of the sides. It would d be better looking if they were. Screws are cheap September 8, 2015
