One of the capstones was broken in half when I received the shipment. I contacted both Nantucket and Home Depot. Nantucket sent out a replacement, the replacement was also broken in half. I recontacted them and they sent out yet another which was intact , but the color really didn't match ( different batch upload I guess). After dinking around for a month I gave up and hope the colors will march better with age. Home Depot was hopeless, they wanted me to send back the 1800 pounds of concrete I had already moved to the site in the woods. Thepallet it came on was busted and I had already disposed of it, not like I could just stick it in a box. This was unfortunate because I like the firepit, it's heavy , looks good and has a heavy duty steel fire ring.
If it weren't for the broken parts, I'd probably give this a 5 star

We LOVE our new firepit. It is just the right size and color that we were looking for. Looks rich and well made for the money. We enjoy it often!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Gusano Damaged On Arrival. Replacement Options Rediculous
Arrived with 2 of the top blocks completely broken in half. Many others with chunks taken out of them. You cannot tell the state of the blocks until after you have accepted delivery as they are heavily shrinkwrapped. I believe the manufacturer's desire to make the blocks so light for their size is the downfall in the design of this product. This block is extremely weak. Contacted Home Depot online order customer service and was told the only way to get replacements for the damage block was to ORDER A SECOND KIT and swap the damaged brick for undamaged and return the second kit. Was told that the manufacturer would not send them individual blocks. Was also told that the online customer service desk has been getting many calls about damaged orders for this manufacturer's products. Read the manufacturer's warranty terms and the customer is responsible for any freight shipping for replacement blocks. Not worth the hassle or effort to deal with them to pay more to get my new product to the level I expected it at on arrival. Will be returning and asking for a refund. You are much better off buying the retaining wall blocks, a steel firepit ring, and some masonry adhesive from your local store and making your own. It will be much cheaper, more durable, and replacement blocks are readily available.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MCNC Exceeds expectations. Easy delivery and set up.
So I was going to install a custom fire pit which looked like a huge project
this one took less than two hours and even though the rest of my yard has natural stone it blends in nicely
couldn't be happier thank you
PS make sure to pick up four to six five bags of crushed gravel it comes with sand for the middle but you need that as a foundation

I love the look so this fire pit. It matches the stone pavers we used perfectly and is a nice addition to our new patio. Unfortunately, they are not level, and the top ledge was incredibly wobbly and would not make a flat surface all the way around. We had to use concreate slivers chipped off the patio pavers to level it as best as possible, and use a concrete adhesive to hold it in place. There was no option to not seal it together. Still, overall it turned out pretty well. Until it get's cold my son is using it as sand pit to play in.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sally Great firepit
Arrived as scheduled on a wood pallet. Took about 15 minutes to haul everything to the back and another 15 to assemble. Love that it came with a ring and sand. Some of the stones were chipped on the inside, not a big deal as the ring hides it but the stone is definitely fragile. Once the fire is going, it definitely heats up a decent amount of space, I'd say 3-4 feet around. Looks like I spent a lot more money than I did, I would recommend this purchase.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jack Product looks nice.
Product arrived on a palet, fully assembled. (Sand was in bags) Disassembly and reassembly took about 15 minutes. I placed on a concrete slab so leveling the base was not an issue. I rearranged the sections a few times to get the best fit. Top cap will need landscape block adhesive to secure it in place. For the price I would have thought the adhesive would have been included. Too pricy in my opinion but I am pleased with the final product. For this price they should have also included a fire iron.
