Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by tbvgca Pretty Tree but has tendency to have top section of lights fail. Buyer Beware.
Purchased this tree last year, used 2 weeks then stored, put up this year and after decorating top set of lights went completely dark. Home Dept only responsible for 30 days, so after that you have to deal with manufacturer, who isn't Martha Stewart. Lights are on back order so that tells you something.
Pretty Tree but at a price, their claims that the lights don't go out are not good.

Beautiful tree. Easy to put together. But right after I got it lit one of the light strands went out. Tried to fix it by changing the fuse. But it still doesn't work. We will be returning it. But I would like to buy the same tree and try again, because it is exactly what I wanted. The frosting and pine cones make it so lovely.

We loved our tree! It was even more beautiful and full in person than pictured on the website! Easy to put together and there are a ton of lights on it for a prelit tree!

Bought the display model to ensure all the lights worked as I'd already had issues with a different tree and the lights not working. Tree looked absolutely beautiful until the top section of lights went out. It was already decorated so bought a strand and added to the tree. The strand was plugged into the tree and the strand of lights would randomly go out 1/2 at a time. Husband is an electrician and believed there was a short/issue in the main electrical for the tree. Just before taking it down to return it the bottom left went out as well. Very sad as it was such a beautiful tree. Will not buy Martha Stewart again.

I first bought this tree the Christmas of 2012. When I brought it home the first time only 1/2 the branches would lite up so I took it back to the store and got a new one. Once I got the new one set up it looked amazing. However, I set it up this year and within two weeks of having it set up the branches started going out one by one. By the time Christmas Eve hit a few days ago the entire top section of the tree and several would not light up. I've owned other pre lite trees in the past and have never had this problem before. If you're only planning on using this tree one season this is the tree to get, however if you're hoping to have this in your family for many season to come you might want to look elsewhere.

I purchased the tree and it was beautiful but only half or less of lights on middle section didn't work. Very dissaponting and it was too close to Chrristmas to get another one to replace it.
I called the store in my town and told man in charge about the problem; since they were all sold out he suggested adding a string of lights where the ones didn't work and bringing tree in to store after the holidays; which is what I did.
Really sad as the tree looked like a real one.
I can't believe they sent one that hadn't been checked to make sure it was working correctly.

I am so disappointed with this tree. It looked so good in the store, but in setting it up, it was a nightmare, here are my main problems: (1) the so-called frost is very messy (but I could live with that); (2) 8 branches of lights are out; and (3) you have to shape each and every branch. I went back to HD to see if I could get a replacement, but they were sold out. The clerk suggested I use additional lights and return it at a later date. Also, the lights are few, not 750 as stated. I will definitely return this. A very bad buy indeed!
