Product Overview

Solar pathway lights are weatherproof, solar powered and are perfect for illuminating pathways and walkways, docks and decks. An integrated solar cell located on the top of each light recharges the included NiMH battery. The battery powers the light for up to 8 hours through the night and is recharged during the day. An internal sensor ensures the light turn on at night. Stainless steel construction is resistant to wear and corrosion. Bracket and screws are included. These lights are great for safety lights along the edges of deck or docks and creating a perimeter line along driveways. LEDs are more durable than conventional glass light bulbs and are more efficient. Solar power and LED lights make this floodlight a great choice for accenting your yard. This item is covered by a one year manufacturer’s warranty but with proper care can last for many years. These lights measure 4.5 by 4.5 in. sold in packs of two.

Customer Questions & Answers

Can these solar lights be mounted directly onto concrete driveways and if so how can they be attached?

I Would like to place solar lights along the edge of the driveway without using pathway lights that uses stakes. I have tried pathway lights that are held in place with plastic stakes along the driveway and sidewalk but the stakes have been broken just below the base of the lights whenever edging has been done.
Asked by: JBCotnam
Hi jbcotnam, I'm Travis from The Home Depot. Thanks for visiting our site. Yes, these lights can be used to border your driveway. Care should be taken to place them where cars cannot drive on them. They cannot withstand the weight of a vehicle. Placing them on the driveway will protect them from damage from lawn edging equipment. To adhere the lights to concrete, use outdoor construction adhesive, such as Liquid Nails Heavy Duty, or LocTite™ 3X. Thank you for asking, -Travis

These were placed in holes in glass blocks. Diamond wheel on angle grinder helped. 3 weeks in looks like they will last on brick garden wall.

I bought two packs of these and put two up on my wooden stairs. I only put two b/c I didn't know how bright they would be. OMG! They are so bright, they could almost be security lights! They shone throw my windows I could see them. They shine from 7pm to 7am and just as bright! These are a Awesome example of solar lighting! I'm going to put the two others up when I can figure out the best place. They really work well! They come with a mounting bracket for wooden surfaces and little stakes for a lawn. I am shocked at how well and how bright they are! I've never seen outdoor lights this bright that are solar! I bought them b/c its getting dark early and I have to take my dog out for a walk and want to light my steps. Boy, they sure do! They are great! Would recommend and buy again!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from So-So. Two of the four lights arrived broken. The plastic around 4 of the screws were broken and one had bad wiring as well. Other two lights working fine. Not impressed with quality of lights.
