This is an easy project for a do it yourselfer. Use the gloves that are in the kit that I didn't open until I moved all the blocks twice. It comes with landscaping adhesive but in the large tube so a larg caulking gun will be needed. Take your time with the base layer and be as level as possible to begin with it helps with setting the first and most important first layer after that is was a piece of cake. When glueing on the company name plate use just a drop of glue and use good tape to keep it secure and let it site for a day to dry.

When it says "everything included", it means almost everything. You need to still buy an adhesive gun, and gravel or concrete for your base. Other than that, a good looking piece.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Kevin Returned the product - the locks are very chipped up - they call it antique
I love Home Depot and they took it back no questions. The product is very chipped up. Corners chipped like they were damaged. I guess that was the 2nd return in that week. I guess the picture do not really help you to understand the antique feel. Just review the pictures to be very sure that is what you want.

This is a perfect size fire pit. We love the natural looking stones. It's sturdy and easy to install. We researched many fire pits and this one is the best for it's value. If we had one built it would have cost more than triple for the same look.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by SouthCity "Complete with everything needed to build" is not the truth.
The fire pit looks nice enough now that it's assembled, but it would have been helpful if the description in the catalog mentioned that I'd have to build a cement foundation and buy the cement. Also, most of the bricks arrived pretty chipped and banged up. This kit is not a particularly great deal for all the extra money I had to put into it--cement foundation, cement mixing equipment, extra-large calking gun (unnecessary since we didn't need all that glue), rubber mallet. Far cry from "complete with everything needed to build."

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Grandpa A great family project.
My need was for a permanent fire pit that my grandsons (6, 9 and 11) could install with my guidance. The individual blocks were manageable in size, yet very sturdy. Installation was straightforward with clear instructions. The boys had a great time installing it and we use it a lot.
