Answer:
I am using this in a small room. It's probably 6' x 6'. Ceilings are 10'+ tall. It heats the room very well. In fact, I keep the temp set for 65 degrees, as 70 gets too warm.

31.5 in. 1500-Watt Low Profile Baseboard Heater is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 18.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from When Extra Heat is Needed I took it out of its' box, plugged in its' 6 foot cord and it immediately started to generate heat in my small computer room. It is very stylish, 31.5 inches in length, 8 inches high and weighs 11 lbs and is easily placed near a wall without being a trip hazard. I like the mesh screen that covers the the heating elements so my dogs don't touch them nor can drop their treats down into the elements. It helps to heat up a 250 sq. foot. room with 5 different heat settings to choose from. I always use it in the maximum option. I hate cold feet. What I really like is you can set a timer, up to 7.5 hours, and it will shut itself off. It also shuts down if it gets to the temperature that you selected. It operates at a 750 W and a 1500 W setting. I always run it in the 1500 W mode. It's really a nice heater to have when you need a little extra heat in a small room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, utility room or in my case a computer room. If you are looking for a space heater that blows the hot air out at you, this is not a space heater. The heat goes straight up from the unit through the mesh protection screen. It comes with a 1 year Manufacturer Warranty. I've done a lot of research on the different types of heaters and this NewAir heater ranks amongst the top of the line heaters. I have since bought another one of these heaters for my 1/2 bathroom because the heatrun in there is not underneath the window and it sometimes would frost up. This heater has taken care of that problem for me. It comes with an instruction booklet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heater for bathroom I have a business, and the bathroom is through the back door across a hallway. Well, in the winter, it feels like you're outside, on the homestead, in the privy. Much too cold to feel comfortable. I tried a panel heater, that I was able to attach to the side of the vanity cabinet. All it seemed to heat was itself. I tried an oil-filled radiator style heater, and that worked on heating the space, but there wasn't a good place to put it and I was afraid someone might burn themselves on it. Finally, I came across this heater. It fits really well along the wall. It has various temps to choose from and it has an auto off feature, with the longest time being 4 hrs. That works very well for my purposes. And, my clients love the warmth and one even commented that they like how it warmed the toilet paper above it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I would order from NewAie again I was pleased to find newair online when I was researching electric heaters for my home. They provide contemporary looking products with great pricing not to mention free shipping. I found their website very easy to navigate and found exactly what I was looking for. The page also listed specs and description of the products which certainly was helpful in deciding on my purchase. Ivette at customer service was extremely helpful when I was placing my order.she not only was very thorough she was kind, polite and a pleasure to talk with. My order was also posted promptly and sent out within the time frame listed. I certainly had a pleasurable experience ordering from newair and have also found the heaters to be exactly as described on their website. I'm sure I'll be visiting their site again in the future. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for what I needed It does a very good job for what I wanted. I wanted a heater which I could leave on for a couple of hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Backup I use this little room heater as backup for those cool nights when i don't want to run my central heat. It has a thermostat control a shut off timer and it produces a gentle heat. This heater works on convection which is less dangerous than radiant heaters.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mud room is heated My new addition 3 season porch / mudroom is not heated, so I searched all over this site and bought this. The room is 11' x 11' and it takes less than an hour to bring the room to a reasonable temp. I love this product. My only concern is it's a bit light, which makes me think it might tip over if bumped. I wish it had a remote so I didn't have to go into the cold room to turn on. But does have auto shut off so not all bad.
