  • Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation of color, shade, and finish; we have created these tiles to appear in every way just as real stone
  • With a variety of 7 other colors and accent tiles available we recommend blending or accenting your design to create a beautiful look to fit your taste and style
  • Designed with kitchen and bathroom environments (backsplash areas) in mind, our tiles are resistant to heat and moisture and are removable by simply heating the tile's surface using a hot air gun
  • Nexus tiles can be used behind the range; Keep a vertical safety zone of 15 in. on the back wall by gas ranges without a metal lid or back control panel to prevent direct exposure to an open flame; use of a stainless steel panel is recommended to fill this area; a distance of 2 in. between the wall and other cooking products such as toaster and portable counter ovens is recommended
  • 27 tiles per box, covering 3 sq. ft.

Hi Sharon,
You must buy a tile adhesive pasting - the man at the store told us to buy the carpet adhesive to use for our tiles.

Many people complained of this. Even thought the adhesive is very sticky, it doesn't hold for long. Get some Gorilla glue, or something comparable and they will stay put.

When you place this tile side by side the white border has the appearance of a grout line. Hopefully, that answers your question. I used this as a backsplash in my kitchen along with the Self-Sticking Wall/Decorative Wall Tile in Pewter

I believe you can, as long as the old tiles have been cleaned to allow the backing to stick. I put them on a sheetrock wall and have only had one tile not stick. I used a small amount of construction adhesive and then had no problem.

If the tile is even I don't see why you couldn't put them over existing tile. They're thin, so it shouldn't add a huge increase in thickness. I also put a thin line of caulk between the seams to make it look more finished. I love this tile. Read Less

If I remember correctly, they are not recommended in the bath/shower stall due to humidity. In the rest of the bathroom, I would use Gorilla glue or something comparable.

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 68 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by They stick and they are vinyl tiles I bought these to cover the wall behind my stove and the area above the backsplash in the bathroom where water was damaging the wall. I have not gotten them put behind the stove yet, so we will see how well they do in heat later on. The ones I put in the bathroom behind the sink are staying put and looking good even on textured walls that have been wet. They are thin and light and have some pretty hefty adhesive that should stay put from what I can see,in fact they stuck so good I should have paid more attention to their alignment because there was no getting them to move into place after they stuck to the wall. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. August 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great if you use glue. These are easy to apply and cut, even with scissors. The adhesive seems super sticky, but as others have said, the tiles want to fall off anyway (after a few days, they start coming off, one here, two there). Used Gorilla glue to reapply and none of them have fallen off, since. Can rarely see splash marks on them, but when visible, they clean up with plain water. I have some behind my stove and they tolerate the heat fine. June 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Looking Tile Tile looks really nice when it stays on the wall. The only problem I've found is that in some areas it does not stay put. I knew this would be a problem from reading other reviews and decided to wait and see what stuck and what didn't and apply a little liquid nail to those that didn't stay where placed. Not a problem as far as I'm concerned. Price is right and overall appearance is just what our bathroom needed. August 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy I used these as my main tile and then I added the sandstone accents. My kitchen turned out great. I love my new kitchen. Great grest product looks like the real thing. August 23, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product The tiles were easy to use but I would suggest a tile adhesive to secure pasting to your wall - other than that it was a simple project and our itles looks beautiful in our new kitchen. July 27, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Solid vinyl tile The product looks nice, but even with proper wall preparation they do not adhere properly. July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to Apply and Looks Great The back splash tiles were really easy to work with and apply to my kitchen back splash, they were easy to cut and looked great when finished. July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks great! This is a very nice product that was easy for a DIY project as a backsplash in my kitchen. Overall quality seems good, but I have not yet had it for a long period of time, so cannot say how it holds up long term. So far, the tiles are sticking to the wall just fine - none have come loose or fallen off in a two week period since the installation and through current summer temperature/humidity changes. The tiles are also very easy to cut with regular scissors to make trims around outlets, etc. where the final edge will be covered up and doesn't necessarily need to be perfect. I used an xacto knife and straight edge for cutting specific trims around the window ledge and cabinets. July 7, 2015
