KeyRack Steel Gravity Bin is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cool concept, doesn't work This key holder fails to do the one thing I expected it to do; namely, to keep my keys together. Keys randomly separate in my pocket and have, several times, separated as I pull the product out of my pocket, causing individual keys to fall to the ground. I did not see anywhere that it advised that the product not be used as a keychain or in your pocket, but I would seriously warn against it. Unless you like occasionally losing random keys, of course. I suppose that would keep life exciting...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was thrilled when I found this product. Between work and p I was thrilled when I found this product. Between work and personal, I have to carry a lot of keys and it's always been a pain. I bought several of these to organize my keys, thinking this would be the answer to my frustrations. I was wrong. The configuration of the S clips does not allow for any "twisting" amongst the keys. The keys will twist and push against the key next to it and when the angle is just right, it will push the spring open. This allows keys to fall out of the clip they are in. I ended up losing 2 keys and dropping several others that thankfully I saw fall. This happened on several different occasions. As a business owner always on the run, this was a very frustrating experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hey Mike, Yes the same thing happened to me but I decided (s Hey Mike, Yes the same thing happened to me but I decided (something u never do) to write to them via FB. About a hour later I got a reply on who to contact about it ,so I did and about a hour after that I got a reply. (From a person not a computer) I explaind my issue (same as yours) and by the end of the day they asked for my home address and they sent me a new product that has locking hooks. I was shocked that they did all this in few hours. I had wrote to a company before and got a reply from a computer and then after 2 weeks of not hearing from anyone I gave up. If you haven't already talked to someone give it a try. But yes I had the same issues. The worst was when I would have my hands full and would go to unlock the door and my key chain would fall in the snow as the key I was using stayed in my hand. They fixed the issue and helped me. I had bought about 5 sets for my self and other people.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad design The carabiners get stuck on the key rack causing them to bend out of shape. After the small carabiners bend they no longer hold your keys they tend to fall out some how do not buy do not buy!!'n n

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This turned out to be extraordinarily convenient, especially This turned out to be extraordinarily convenient, especially with large key fobs. They don't mention it, but the design makes sorting through/ inserting the keys much easier due to the extra space. I've found it quite durable as well

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Switchable Dog Tag Cluster Holder I was searching for something small, light and secure to hold the multiple metal tags on a dog collar. Since we have two separate collars (one for yard play inside an invisible fence area, and another one for walking & outings), I wanted something that we could EASILY switch from one dog collar to the other. The KeyRack fits the bill better than anything else I could find so far. If you're considering the KeyRack for dog tag purposes, I offer two tips of caution: (1) While the spring load on the main clip has fairly good tension, there is the possibility that it could hook on something if your pooch were to somehow press it against something hard, like a chain link fence or dog crate. While the probability of that happening seems very low, I'd still recommend only keeping it on your dog when he's supervised and/or not kept in a crate or chain link fence like area. (2) The length of the KeyRack + an S-biner + the longest tag = 4 1/4 inches. This is fine for my dog who's 55 lbs and growing, but you may find it too long for shorter dogs, as you wouldn't want the tags or biners to catch on ground level obstacles. For added security of the tags, I used small, sturdy circular key rings to attach the tags to the bottom of the KeyrRack. I only used one of the included S-Biners for a tag that didn't come with a circular ring. The S-Biners seem strong for their size and have adequate spring tension, but they would add additional probability of catching on something like a chain link fence if your dog pressed against it just the right way. Bottom line, used with common sense and supervision, the KeyRack could help if you need to switch your dog tag cluster between multiple collars. However, I am still searching for something small, light, strong, and easy to switch - but that also has a more "lockable" closure to attach to the collar ring. All the "screw-able" closure biners I've found so far have been too large for pet purposes. The KeyRack has been working fine for me so far.
