Rated 1 out of 5 by from go back to original head i used blades and shaving cream my whole life 64 years until my wife bought me the norelco arcitec which used the rq10 replacement head and it was great for 4 years until they changed the head to the rq12 which rips up my face and that i can not use please refund my money so i can go buy blades again signed unhappy shaver

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the old RQ12 The RQ12+ is a terrible replacement for the original shaving head. I bought a Norelco 7000 because you can't easily find original heads for the 1280X. My 3 or 4 year old 1280X cutting head outperforms the brand new Norelco. I won't buy another Norelco until they "make Norelco great again." All kidding aside, I won't. The 1280X appears to have been the apex of Norelco quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back old head I've been trying to use this razor for some time since I replaced the head. I've finally given up as it is just too uncomfortable. I doubt I'll be getting another Norelco Razor. Currently I'm back to a blade and shaving cream. Faster, easier, and far more comfortable. I was hoping that by now they would produce something better, but I just checked online and this is it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely poor replacement for RQ12 shaver heads Unbelievably poor quality replacement head. Quality of the shave is poorer, and causes more irritation than the original RQ12 head because it requires several passes to get a close shave. Noisier, and does not glide over the face as smoothly. The original RQ12 head had much more articulation and therefore adjusted to the face much better, the RQ12+ replacement is clearly made much more cheaply than the original RQ12, yet offered at a premium price. I am also told that there is no alternative replacement, so I am now left with a very expensive paperweight. Very, very disappointed in Norelco, will no longer be a customer after this.

It worked well for the first year and now it is time to replace the head and I can't find a replacement head. I'm very discouraged about the prospects of using the newly designed replacement head after reading the unfavorable reviews...are you planning on bringing back the original head style???. Going back to competitor.

When i bought this razor it came with a head where the 3 would open up seperatly on a spring it was the most comfortable and incredible shave id ever had.. Now the design has changed. It pulls the hair it tears my face up its noisy and takes twice as long to shave. Not worth the money. Im going to change my brand completely. Its almost as if they know that the guys who bought the original loved it and then philips decided to make a cheaper head. Not a lot of people will change to a new brand because of the original price that was payed for the razor...shame...shame.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Replacement blades are garbage. I have been using morello razors for years. I have had the sensotouch 3D for several years. Original blades were great and lasted a long time. The latest replacement blades are garbage. They dulled in two months of use. The razor makes more noise using these blades as well. I have stopped using the razor altogether. I am through with norelco.
