I purchased this for a Sit/Stand desk. It does make it more comfortable to stand, but the desk chair does not roll over it as I had hoped. You basically have to stand to move the chair. The chair wheels are leaving trenches in the foam. It is a good product, but not for this purpose. I would recommend it for other purposes.

It looks great and feels great under foot.. However, there are limitations to its use. I will recommend this floor covering not be used under any fitness equipment, it is too soft and the surface easily damaged. I've placed pieces of Barn Stall material under my bicycle trainers to prevent damage to the foam flooring.
The edge pieces do not fit without some cutting when the tiles are used to cover a large area. However, they are easily adjusted with a serrated knife blade.

I am very pleased with how the matting looks. It's very comfortable to walk on. I'm using it to teach my dogs tricks so I need to be down on my knees. I can move around on the floor and it's very soft. I alternated colors for the checkerboard look and it turned out very pretty. The interlocking edges take some thought to fit when you don't install it as a solid color.

The Floor is really nice. The only issue I had was i opened all 4 packets and thought i could put them together as one, but I dont see that you can. It has to be put together as 4 pieces only.....mayby soime better instructions on the packet.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by mosierite Great home gym flooring product
I bought 11 packages of this product to cover my home gym floor with. I first tried out a similar product that was only 1/4" thick and quickly decided that was too thin for my purposes. I then bought a couple of packages of this product and tried it out and liked it a lot better so ordered another 9 packages to finish the job with. The extra cost is well worth the extra thickness of foam, 3/4". First off while this product is reversible, it is not blue and gray, it is blue and black and I quickly figured out that the black side shows dirt really bad and looks dirty as soon as you walk on it so instead of doing a checkerboard layout like I planned on doing I used only the blue side. I also found that using only one side or the other makes it easier to fit the tiles together than mixing them up. The blue tiles look great in a basement if your wall colors will go with it but don't count on consistency in the individual tile colors. They range from a light blue to a darker blue, probably depending on how much paint was applied to them at the factory. Other than that they worked great and are a very nice surface to work out on. I used a table saw to cut the ones that I had to make smaller to finish out a row and that works much better than trying to cut them with a razor knife.
