Well we used it for a few day and now are very unhappy with it. It will be returned to the store tomorrow. It produces no more than a $40 tabletop unit and is much more messy. The amount of flossing sugar wasted is beyond acceptable. The wheels wobble. Overall poor quality materials. We went from loving it to hating it. It MIGHT be worth $100, not a penny more. Never buy this, you will waste your money. I think we will end up buying another tabletop unit. It is sad because we bought it to enjoy fresh cotton candy because we are unable to do fairs and carnivals due to my son's severe food allergies.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Andrew A little messy but great
This thing is fun and my kids love it. It is a little messy and when using in the house, we can't open the bubble at all. I guess that's normal but still a bummer. The only issue I have is the quality of some of the parts. The metal pieces that slide into the bars are too thin and bent if you're not perfectly centered. Other than the semi-cheap metal, we love it.

machine was only used a few times before breaking down. had to buy a new head for 40 dollars as the maker would not replace for free. then motor went out and the company said they don't stock them nor would they repair. Stuck with expensive useless piece of junk

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Debra pretty darn fun!!!
I got this to benefit a nonprofit I am on. We do concessions for local events. What a fun addition! I had a line all evening long. And the cart is darn cute!! The only complaint I would say is the 20" bowl is kind of small - so the size of the cotton candy 'fluffs' is not like what you get at more commercial venues.

The machine is well made and has a nice appearance. My online order was processed and delivered as promised on time and in good condition.
The heater gets hot (maybe a little too hot) and smokes after a few minutes so you have to turn it off and let it cool a bit while the motor is running. Other than that, it is a great buy and everyone loves it !

Great product for your birthday parties, I have had my machine for 3 years now and still no problems. You do need to turn it off every once in a while for it to cool down otherwise it makes good cotton candy..

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by partyrentals " It's Really Good "
I recently purchased this product for my Disc Jockey and Party rental Business. After reading the reviews that other people had posted about the machines over heating problem a was a little scared to buy, but it turned out good the machine dose have a over heating problem, but that is no problem the cotton candy starts to come out about 45 seconds after you start the machine. Then after 4 to 5 large cotton candies the machine will start to burn the sugar. This is not a big deal the heater and the spinner are on two different switches so you keep the spinner on, and keep making cotton candy while the heater is off for about a minute then you flick the heater back on when the cotton candy stops melting. I highly recommend this machine to anyone who wants to have a rental business or just wants to be the hit of a birthday party. It makes enough cotton candy for a fair or a block party or a large birthday party you can use it indoors also. The machine make the whole house smell great. When I rent it out I usually send a worker with it to operate it. This is because it covers your arm in cotton candy. Kids can't just walk up, and dip the cone in and get cotton candy it takes a little practice.
