We had this installed as a replacement for our old exhaust fan. As powerful as it is, it's much quieter than I expected. Does a great job!

I installed this fan in a small condo bathroom that tends to trap a lot of moisture during a shower. The 110 CFM moves a lot of air and makes a big difference in the moisture build-up.

The fan we replaced was original to our house - 35 years old! It was a NuTone, so we decided to replace with a NuTone. Original one was probably a 50 CFM - it was not drawing much air for years. Bathroom ceiling was starting to mildew. We've had this new fan for a few days and it draws great, and seems to be keeping the room cleared of moisture much better. It's sort of loud, but I knew that when I bought it. And it's fine for us. I actually like using it as noise barrier if one of us tries to sleep in (blocks out the kids noise). I hope this fan lasts as long as our original NuTone. We had an electrician install it, as we aren't handy at ALL.

We moved into a house that had no fan in the restroom. The steam on the mirrors was irritating. After the fan was installed I told my friend "the good news is there is no fog on the mirror when I get out of the shower, and the bad news is since there is no fog on the mirror I can see how fat I am-haha.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DIYer8930 Better bargain than the ones in the HD stores
I'm so glad I looked online and found this fan. I think it's a much better bargain that what they have in the HD stores around me. I find the simpler grille more aesthetically pleasing so it was a double bonus. If this was on display at the store at the online price I think they would sell a ton of them.
I originally bought the smaller nutone fan from the store, but after installing it I decided I wanted something that moved a bit more air faster for my small but oddly shaped bathroom. It has the same 4.0 noise rating as the smaller one, but actually sounds quieter for some reason. I know some people would prefer the barely audible fans, but unless you have it on a timer I'd rather hear the subtle hummm of the fan when I walk by the bathroom than accidentally leave it on all day while I'm at work.
I had to make the hole a little bigger but that wasn't a big deal to me. Easy install for a weekend DIYer.

Got this to replace a 70cfm fan that was overmatched by a bathroom prone to hold moisture. This more than does the job, clearing the moisture in minutes.
It is sold for wall and ceiling installation but has hardly any wall installation instructions. I had to work the wall installation out for myself.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by YLCA1 Great Product, Quiet and Efficient
This fan works great in my hall bathroom, which is not very large(only ~60 square feet), is very quiet, and removes the steam from the bathroom so that the large mirror hardly fogs up at all.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by taysomb Moves lots of air but LOUD
While this product does move a ton of air, it is VERY LOUD. Luckily, I plugged in the fan to an extension cord and found this out before installing the stupid thing -- I will be returning the two that I bought.
I bought this product because other reviewers said it was quieter than their previous fans -- it is not, unless your current fan is louder than an aircraft taking off. If you actually look at the "Sones" sound rating, this one is a 4 (aka load), where as better ones are 1 or 2, or some fans go as low as .5 (this is on the box -- on the Home Depot website it will only say "1 or less").
Do yourself a favor -- pay a bit more to get a quieter fan, unless noise is 100% not an issue, and CFM and money are very important. In that case, this would be a good fan. As it turns out, for my size of a bathroom (< 45 sqft) a smaller fan would do, and so I installed it instead -- see below for the link to that one. That one works great, was cheaper (but lower CFM) and is super super super quiet.
