Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 49 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Don't believe wattage for incandescent light A lot to like about this fan. Quiet, functional, nice appearance. Instructions indicate that you can use up to a 100W incandescent bulb, so I installed a 75W incandescent bulb. I now have a nice brown spot on the lens where the 75W bulb has heated it up. I would use a CFL, not to save the planet, but saving the lens might be a desirable outcome. Haven't tried to get Home Depot to replace the lens yet, but I intend to try. What shows up as the bulb and socket in the picture of the lens is a brown spot to the naked eye. July 25, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great fan....Quiet and asthetically pleasing!! This fan was a great purchase. I read several reviews where people claimed this fan to be noisy....Either they installed something incorrectly, there is something wrong with their fan, or they are just complainers. This fan is very quiet and when I'm using the sink or shower I can not even tell that it is running. The fan/light is very nice looking and compliments the bathroom nicely. I'm an electrician so the wiring was very easy, for me, and installation was a breeze. I bought this light for my house and will recommend it again to customers. May 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Whisper Quiet I replaced an old bathroom fan, that sounded like a jet taking off with this very quiet unit. We have mistakenly left it on by mistake because of not hearing that it is still on. The only negative comment about this unit is that the "night light option" is useless unless you have a separate wall switch to turn it on. They should have made it so that when the main light is off the night light automatically comes on. March 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet But Not Silent Typical installation - no surprises. Had hoped it would be quieter but it is not bad. April 23, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Too noisy. I do not like to hear the fan run much. This fan is noisier than we thought it would be. Next time we will buy a quieter one. January 12, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Installed in customer dwelling Installing this unit was quite easy as there was already an existing, and much older, unit that needed to be removed. The new unit was larger so, cutting out the ceiling was not a problem. I did run into a wiring issue and had to call in an electrician. Be sure you know and understand the wiring needs are for the new unit as well as what you already have. December 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very quiet when installed properly I researched the reviews and was left wondering why the wide range of ratings. Further research led me to the conclusion that complaints of a noisy fan were most likely due to installation related problems than the fan itself. Thus, it is no surprise that a new motor and fan would not result in an improvement. I installed two of these exhaust fans and they are very quiet. What I did find was that the dimensions on the box for the fan housing are incorrect. If you do buy one of these to install as a replacement for an existing fan, Make sure you actually measure the housing. The dimensions are 90° out of sync with the housing. I also suspect the wiring diagram is not correct either. I wired according to the actual part and not the diagram. January 27, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Quiet At All!! I purchased it because it CLAIMED to be quiet 9only 0.8 Sones). It is very noisy and I would NEVER recommend it. May 1, 2015
