Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 22 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroom Fan With Light and Nite-Lite This is the most efficient ceiling fan that we have used to date. It was easy to install. All the parts were supplied within the box to install the fan. This was a replacement in our case. I did have to place a new electric feed to this unit to have the fan and both the nite light and normal use light to operate properly. A new control switch was also required to operate all three items. The unit is very attractive and very quiet. The control switch has to be purchased seperately. This fan has easily removed the steam and vapors from our bathroom and it is the first fan that has kept our mirrors from clouding up. We would recommend this fan to anyone who is looking for more power (CFMs) and to also have a great looking piece of equipment/addition to their home. November 29, 2007
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This product is quite & it has an energy star! We purchased this one because it had the energy star. The fan is quite which is a nice feature and the light is very bright, you can see clearly now in the shower! Since we had it there has been no steam left on our mirror when we are done showering, that was a first since our other one always left steam lingering. This is a great product and we would tell anyone who needs an exhaust fan to get this one. GOOD DEAL.. June 26, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good, quiet exhaust fan Installation best for new construction. With some basic DIY skills and attic access not too difficult. Good looking and quiet fixture. Moves lots of air. May 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Exhaust Fan The unit was straightforward to install. The fan itself was very quiet however overall quietness has a lot to do with how you duct the vent. My unit had 4" exhaust hook ups unlike the 6" reported in a previous review. Does the job really well. Be sure to get the triple switch to operate the fan/night light/light individually. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Fan! A very quiet fan. Easily keeps a 105 sq ft bathroom clear of moisture. Night light is a great feature, but need to run two extra wires for this option. I will purchase another to replace a noisy fan in our second bathroom. Also no need to buy the Nutone 3 in one switch if you use night light, Home Depot has same switch $10.00 cheaper. April 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great upgrade, but requires some planning before installing. And checking for missing parts I ordered 2 of these, they both list on the web site at Home Depot and clearly in the instructions that (2) GU-24 18W bulbs are included. They were not. First, my local HD immediately provided two off the shelf at no cost (tip of hat to HD). However, not only was it a pain to make a second trip for something that was supposed to be included, who in the world uses GU24 bulbs? They are the pin type bulbs you twist in to install. They are more expensive to replace, also. No idea why they chose that type, it makes no sense. As for the install, it shows new install only, my previous unit was a completely different size, so it was a messing cutting the ceiling dry wall. However, once I installed it, including properly venting it through the gable wall to the exterior, it is now so quiet we have to double-check we don't leave the house with the fan on. I have a standard 5X10 bathroom (50 sq ft) and have the 110 CFM until. The two bulbs are bright, the fan really draws out the air, it is super quiet. I did NOT purchase another switch to operate the night light. I simple did not install it. Please note: it INCLUDED the bracket to install it between joists. I purchased a bracket when I purchased the fan, wound up returning it. Definitely a good value unit. Good enough, I purchased a second one to replace in my guest bath. One dig on Home Depot. At my local HD, there were 3 of these units on the shelf. I would have purchased them, but each unit had been previously opened, it was obvioius they were returns (I like HD's return policy, but) all three units were missing parts, and not just the light bulbs. Look HD, if you are going to allow folks to return stuff, that's great, but don't put it back on the shelf unless you have checked all the parts are there and intact. And consider giving an open box discount, like many retailers do. May 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great fan! SUPER quiet; moves a lot of air; light brighter than the 75w can unit it replaced and draws less energy HEADS UP: It has a six (6) inch discharge not a four (4) inch as stated in the directions. I had to make an extra trip back to HD to get the correct venting parts. September 16, 2008
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This fan finally cleared the fog from the mirror! This bathroom fan operates efficiently and very quietly. I would have given it a 5-star rating but there were no "rough opening" dimensions given. This made it to replace an existing smaller fan and numerous cuts had to be made. September 6, 2011
