Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ShaneandMelissa Great Purchase! Excellent Value! Perfect Fit
Just recently purchased a home & we have been renovating. We neeed a new hood and the house had a traditional external vent. This product was easy to find on the website. It wasn't available at our local store in stock but we had the option to ship free to our house. Very easy to install with basic tools. It fit nicely in existing space and vent holes were same fit. Like that it has 2 stages of brightness for the light. And the fan switch can be turned to adjust speed. The highest setting has great suction....would work great if cooking fish. Great product and extremely nice valued price!!! Thanks Home Depot!!!

Received the product two days earlier than expected. Easy install. Does not come with a damper. Must order separate for 10 bucks.

Not fancy, but gets the job done. If you want something functional and basic - this is good choice.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Howard Great product for the price
Have been using it now for about 2 months and it works great. Noise level on high is as expected, but is at a more tolerable level when on low. Either way gets the job done, and at $50 was a very affordable replacement option for us. Would recommend to anyone that wants a basic budget vent hood that works.

After a couple of years, the range hood began to collect moisture inside the duct and periodically pour water onto my stove top. The amount varies from a few drips of murky water to a few tablespoons--definitely something you don't want added to your meal.
