The box appeared to have been a return then was resold. It was missing the four Styrofoam corners in the box. Also the installation instructions were missing. We used a YouTube video to guide us, The box was crushed, but the glass and frame were not damaged. The blinds are cheap quality and two were bent at the bottom. We are hoping the weight of the blinds will help it straighten out. Despite these problems, the end product looks good.

Blind had been mis handled during the shipping process and required some work by the door & Windows tech at Home Depot to untangle operating cords to function properly. Recommend all purchersers inspect the blind at the store to avoid any problems.

Looks very nice, easy install as I have indicated. I think they are over priced. Buying 4 of them was quite expensive so I hope they last a very long time.

The aluminum blinds for my french doors were more than I planned on spending. With a total for 2 over $500, I expected a top notch product. I received the two over a month ago. One was fine, the other was damaged. The vanes were bent, had grease on them, etc. We put up the one that was in good order and brought the other one back. The replacement arrived within a few days. It looked good at the store. We got it home and discovered that the company had "forgotten" to run the cord to the device that tilts the blinds. I called and spoke to a manager who was very helpful. I requested that I not have to bring the defective one back before they ordered yet another new one. She agreed to that and said that for my inconvenience, they were going to give me a refund of 15% of the one door. That was over a week and a half ago and I've still have not been notified that the new door has arrived. Will this nightmare ever end????
