PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A clear water-base, low VOC, acrylic micro-emulsion with Micro-Plug technology specifically designed to protect both new and existing porous concrete surfaces including decorative split face block and other CMU. PLUGGER is non-yellowing, passes the E-514 test on CMU, recoatable and paintable. Specifically formulated for highly porous concrete.
