Can u use these without hitting a stud .

Yes. I was able to use this after not being able to use monkey hooks due to metal behind drywall. Monkey style hooks were too long behind wall. This worked like a charm.

I haven't purchased them, so I can't be sure--but it appears to be an error. I think they just did the math of 17 nails must hold 17 items. Or 34 pieces divided by 2 (hook and nail) = 17 items. But if it really only has 12 hooks as it shows (some of which use multiple nails), it could not possibly hold hang 17 items unless you have multiple of something on one hook like necklaces. Webmaster needs to fix that,

I asked and was pleasantly informed that its "ook"....I said what? Trust me this is the best thing that I have come across it supports any kind/weight of frame/item with its unique design. I have couple of heavy items hanging just by one ook fixture. And then there are some small ones that are hanging by just a small hook. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would recommend to others Worked great on old plaster walls. We used to drill holes, then insert picture hanger and nail. With these, we can hammer them in and our plaster does not crack. Makes a nice hole as if in drywall.
