Scoring and snapping instructions will be right on the package or when looking at the item you referenced in your question on homedepot.com there is a PDF file on there with cutting and care instructions. I would not recommend using a jig saw as the reciprocating action will create a lot of vibration and could crack the material. If fastened properly and securely you can use a band saw and/or a circular saw to make straight cuts. Use blades with fine tooth configuration. Remember to keep the protective masking on the sheet until after all cutting is complete to avoid scratching the material. Read Less

Customer Reviews

Rated 1.0 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by adhesive barcode label laminates to acrylic I have bought these in the store. They have a thin protective peel off layer of plastic (polyethylene probably). The barcode label adhesive back seems to laminate the protective layer to the acrylic. Sometimes I can slowly and carefully peel it away, but more often it must be scratched off. I have not figured out if there is a cleaner or solvent to safely remove the stuck material. Definitely not suitable for a picture frame. December 26, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very inconsistant These sheets are NOT .093". In fact, they vary considerably, from .082" to .099" --even within one shipment. If you require any precision of any kind, order from a proper Plexi supplier, do not buy these. I personally wasted 10+ sheets laser-cutting a design based on a .093" thickness, only to discover later (during assembly) that nothing would fit. November 7, 2011
