Great question. The answer is Yes and No. You do get what you see in the picture which is two fountains, but they need to be installed as you see it in the picture, as there is only one chiller that feeds two heads. You can;t install them in separate locations. They do this so that one can be installed at traditional standing height while the other would be accessible for someone in a wheelchair

Answer: 
Yes, This is a Bi-Level unit. Designed to work together to a common drain so that both a standing and seated person can have access to a fountain. Often used in retrofit applications where a building is being brought to ADA compliance.
