Answer:
You can use a circular saw with a 40-60 (the higher the number of teeth, the smoother the cut) tooth carbide blade. If you don't want to free hand the cut, make a cut off jig similar to this one.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value I purchased to cut bamboo flooring . Worked excellent July 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Perfect Combination This blade is the perfect choice for my digital radial arm saw. The carbide tips and 60 tooth configuration with a comparatively narrow kerf is the right choice for general purpose use with a radial arm saw. The blade quality compares to those selling for twice as much so for a weekend DIY hacker like me, that needs one blade that will compromise its way through many projects, this is it. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value, Works Great I'm using this saw blade to cut molding in a mitre saw. It does the job well with smooth cuts. February 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by High quality saw blade Saw blade was of very good quality and performed very well as a finishing blade. Saw kerf had little to no splintering pull out. I purchased this to replace a 40 tooth blade that came with the saw. Price was great for my budget and will get another just as a backup. January 26, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by does the job This is an inexpensive saw blade. I wasn't expecting much but it cut reasonably well. January 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Saw Blade At A Reasonable Price I bought this 10" 60 tooth carbide blade for a project installing 500 square feet of exotic hardwood flooring. It cut cleanly and didn't gum up. While it did seems to dull just a bit toward the end of the project, it is still plenty sharp to cut cleanly. It met my expectations and, for the price, it is a great deal! March 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by buy three for the price of one Approx. 2 years ago I switched from buying those red high dollar blades to Oldham. "Made in China".. who cares! They provide clean, accurate, cuts with a long lasting durability in rough cuts or finish cuts. Currently Oldhams are mounted on my Radial arm saws, Table Saws, Miter saws, and 71/2 circular saws. If you push alot of lumber, soft and hard woods, this is a blade worth looking at for your next purchase. May 17, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Can't beat this blade for the price. Smooth cuts on ripped walnut tempted me to bypass the jointer. This blade performs as we'll or better than my expensive blades. Still sharp after hundreds of feet of hardwood and MDF ripping. March 25, 2014
