I received these plants yesterday. They look a little 'suspect." Some of the leaves are yellow and the green ones look a little weepy.

I watered them thoroughly and placed them in full sun. Hopefully this does the trick. I have not planted them in my yard yet.

Can you suggest anything else that I can do. I really want these to make it.

Answer:
Thank you for your inquiry. When plants are wilted upon arrival, it is best to water thoroughly and place them in a shaded location for a few days, where acclimation to the new environment can occur. The Pink Double Delight coneflower can be planted and normally cared for. If the leaves or stems die back, just cut them off. New shoots will grow from the roots.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Died This plant looked good when I got it but started to die about a week later. After planting it and using Miracle Grow, I just gave up. I did get my money refunded though which was good but FYI: you have to have your e-mail shipping notice. May 12, 2012
