Product Overview

Small, 6 in. tall x 6 in. wide, dense, green foliage clumps produce slender stems of dainty, snow white, bell-shaped, sweetly scented, scalloped edge flowers in late spring. Thrives and spreads rapidly in moist soil. In dry soil, it survives quite well but does not spread. Heat also slows the spread of the plants. Space plants 6-12 in. apart in shade or dense shade. Water them well throughout the year. Fertilize in fall after the first frost. In cold regions, protect plants from severe winter weather by covering beds with mulch in fall. Tiny fruit's are poisonous. Use Lily-of-the-Valley as a border at the edge of the woodland garden, or as a shade loving groundcover.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not 1QT!!!! Of course I was willing to pay the money for 1QT container plant (bought 4) but they were actually 1PINT. Maybe the HomeDepot supplier doesn't know the difference? I feel ripped off :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lily of the Valley Was a bit disappointed that it was only 1 plant per container. I won't be able to know if I recommend it until the Spring and see if they actually bloom. I did buy other rooted plants elsewhere so I can see which is better. They were MUCH cheaper. Got 15 roots for the price of 1 plant.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The plant does well in a shady area. It's still alive. And seems to be adapting to the shady area where I planted it.
