  • We’re sorry, due to state or federal regulations, this plant cannot be shipped to Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington

Questions & Answers

Will this peach tree do well in he San Francisco Bay aea?

Asked by: daniel
Hello. To set fruit, the tree requires 750 chill hours of a winter temperature at 45 degree or below. This equals about a month of consistently cold weather. Normally, peaches do not perform well in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Customer Reviews

5 gal. 5 ft. O'Henry Peach Fruit Tree is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful tree The plant arrived well packaged, though the box was starting to open. Only a couple of small branches were broken. It was fully leafed out and very healthy looking. It was also taller (possibly older) than advertises, so it's even a better deal. It came out of its "bucket" easily and went straight into the ground. I secured it with stakes/twine a couple months ago and it still looks great. It's starting to go dormant for winter and losing its leaves. I'm confident that it will thrive for years.
