Are you able to control the direction of the spray?

For example if I only want to spray out of one side (180 degrees instead of 360) can it do that?
Asked by: edk012
you can loosen and tighten the spray nozzel and it allows you to do half, quarter or full circle. but that means you have to pay attention to how you lay them out. I have mine next to the house and use a half circle spray for the grass.

Twist adjustment not definitive enough since it is just a wedge design. Can easily turn wrong way and spray radius control does not function as expected. Spray doesn't go necessarily where you think it should. You have to twist and turn the hose to point the spray in the desired direction. In addition cannot be adjusted while sprinkler is running as with a normal sprinkler head. Water pressure against twist adjuster does not turn while running. Radius cannot be adjusted while sprinkler is running. Poor design. Interchangeable heads on older versions was much more efficient. Picture of sprinkler is slightly misleading as well. Picture shows brass or metal ends to hoses and current design is light weight plastic that is easily broken if stepped on. Does not come with metal ends.

Even with 70 psi water pressure they are poor performance, cover-wise. I do, however, like to buy these for the hose lengths. I take off the sprinklers and use the ~10 foot lengths of hose to connect Rainbird sprinklers on spikes, which perform much better. For $20, it's cheap to do.

I started off with two sets and part of one set broke last year so I purchased a new set this year. I have to admit that the concept and design are really good but it's a total piece of junk. I would be willing to pay double the amount if this product was made better. The hose kinks almost automatically and once there is a kink in there it never goes away. On top of that this year they made some of the hose connections out of plastic instead of metal so it's made it even cheaper than last year's model. The sprinkler heads should be made out of a heavy cast-iron or metal because they easily flip over and move on your little one. I would highly recommend purchasing a set of stakes to hold them down. Sometimes the sprinkler heads are very hard to adjust and pop off on you and shoot water all in your face. To the company that makes this please make a better product to keep us as happy customers. Thank you.

This was used to water areas where I reseeded after drainage line was installed. Each nozzle has adjustments for the width and distance of the spray. Fantastic! It worked perfectly for that, but I will certainly use it for many other watering applications where I want the spray directed in certain areas.

Returned to store shortly after buying. If all you need to water is a flower bed this may be perfect but if you're trying water a lawn try something else.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not enough water pressure for 3 sprinklers I'm not sure whether the lack of water pressure is the fault of the nozzles on the sprinklers or my water supply. It worked well for two, but not for all three. However the two in tandem had plenty of pressure and very good coverage.

You get what you pay for-they operate, but the hose and sprinklers are made of very lightweight material and it's extremely hard to keep the sprinklers in place. I'll be returning them and making my own with better/heavier materials.

It’s quite nice to be able to use the 3 units tomake odd watering patterns that fit my oddly shaped lawn.
