I don't want to remember how many different hose nozzles I've purchased and installed only to find that they leak at the junction with the hose immediately or within a very short time. I'll try reseating the rubber gasket and usually continue putting up with the leak until I'm getting soaked while I'm soaking the flower garden. Because it would cost me more in time and gas to take it back, I'll put up with it until I finally am aggravated enough to purchase another new one. This last brass nozzle did not leak one drop after initial installation. It has not started leaking in the weeks since purchase...what I consider a good sign that maybe I've gotten my money's worth for a change. At this point in time I give this product a definite thumbs up. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will last as long as the ones I used to buy decades ago that actually worked perfectly for nearly a decade with perhaps only a change of gasket during that decade.

As I compared spray nozzles at Home Depot, I remembered that the pikas tic spray nozzles seem to break in about a year. So I thought a brass nozzle would be great. Only problem is, the inner pin that creates the spray must be crooked because the spray comes out mostly on one side and I can't see any way to adjust it. I can still turn it on and off and get it to spray but it's uneven.

Adjustable stream took many turns to adjust and spray was very erratic and not very focused compared to my 20 year old simple brass nozzle that I can't find anywhere.
