I'm really pleased with Ortho Weed B Gon Chickweed, Clover & Oxalis Killer Concentrate. It did really good work on the chickweed and oxalis. One application and they were GONE. And I like the lack of "weed killer" aroma with this product. It was pleasant to use and it showed really quick results. We'll certainly be using this product in the future because it really works. Very pleased with this one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I was able to test two products side-by-side in a grassy area behind ours and my next-door neighbors house. The other product was the Plus Crabgrass Control Concentrate2 Weed B Gon product. We primarily treat this area with Weed B Gon every year to keep the Creeping Charlie in check as it kills most weeds leaving the grass alive. It works great. An annual application and sometimes a second application makes the area look beautiful for field grass. This product went on his side with the Crabgrass Control product on his side, didn't seem to make a difference. I could NOT find the mix ratio on the label which is poor for a concentrated chemical product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I'm trying to kill violets in the lawn and have tried this product a couple of times. Sometimes it will kill the lawn too, other times it only makes the violets turn color on the edges of it's leaves but never dies.

You just have to have a little patience. If you think you're going to apply this and wake up the next morning and have your wild violets gone, that's just not going to happen. However, if you apply this diligently it will in a short time control and eliminate your wild violet problem. We just moved to a new house about 2 months ago and wild violets had taken over the lawn . I started applying this and within a month the problem was well under control and I think I may be able to eliminate the violets altogether. Wild violets, as cute as they may be, are a persistent weed. This stuff really does the job.

I used this herbicide for the weeds listed in the title and my arch nemesis, wild violet. My synopsis:
-Chickweed: Easily kills, may take a week or two to work
-Clover/oxalis: Works but a second application often needed
-Wild violet: 2 applications 8-10 days apart killed recently (1 month or so) germinated wild violet. I have yet to have it kill all of the well-established wild violet in my lawn. Some have died but the toughest of the wild violet remain. I believe the older wild violet just have too much carbohydrates stored up.
I have mixed this with Tenacity for better results.

Using to get rid of oxalis. It is quite resistant to removal, but with some effort it does work [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I have an area of my3 acres that is somewhat remote, and have had some challenges with weed control , some of it due to focus, or lack thereof on that area. Olaxis, wild violets, clover, and creeping charlie continued to survive and eventually proliferate. After using this product, I was very pleasantly surprised to see the. Improvement. No question it made a difference. It's now about time to hit it a second time and finish the cleanup2. I'm expecting a complete change in that somewhat neglected area. Very nice!
