Answer:
One oz. (2 tablespoons) for each gallon of water. Also, if you add one oz. of baby shampoo for each gallon of water it will help the solution stick to the clover leaves and give better results.

I use a pair of channel locks to hold the tabs in then twist while holding the tabs in which is exasperating to have to have to do this.
The excuse for this present style of capping a product is to keep children safe which most can help open the product regardless which negates the purpose of the design .

Is this an effective weed killer for Creeping Charlie a.k.a. Ground Ivy?

I looked at the SDS sheet and did not see any chemical composition listed probably due to patent issues that Scott's does not want leaked to the public (which is completely understandable). After a little research, most sites indicate an effective weed killer will include a combo of dicamba and triclopyr. Just wondering if this is a weed killer I should use...?

CCO works a little more slowly than standard weed killer. At about a week you should see the weed stress. Clover in my lawn typically needs more than one application.

Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 111 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Only A Fair Rating I'm trying to kill violets in the lawn and have tried this product a couple of times. Sometimes it will kill the lawn too, other times it only makes the violets turn color on the edges of it's leaves but never dies. August 16, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not perfect but the best there is for some weeds I used this herbicide for the weeds listed in the title and my arch nemesis, wild violet. My synopsis: -Chickweed: Easily kills, may take a week or two to work -Clover/oxalis: Works but a second application often needed -Wild violet: 2 applications 8-10 days apart killed recently (1 month or so) germinated wild violet. I have yet to have it kill all of the well-established wild violet in my lawn. Some have died but the toughest of the wild violet remain. I believe the older wild violet just have too much carbohydrates stored up. I have mixed this with Tenacity for better results. May 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It Works It Works It Works You just have to have a little patience. If you think you're going to apply this and wake up the next morning and have your wild violets gone, that's just not going to happen. However, if you apply this diligently it will in a short time control and eliminate your wild violet problem. We just moved to a new house about 2 months ago and wild violets had taken over the lawn . I started applying this and within a month the problem was well under control and I think I may be able to eliminate the violets altogether. Wild violets, as cute as they may be, are a persistent weed. This stuff really does the job. July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Effective as stated I have an area of my3 acres that is somewhat remote, and have had some challenges with weed control , some of it due to focus, or lack thereof on that area. Olaxis, wild violets, clover, and creeping charlie continued to survive and eventually proliferate. After using this product, I was very pleasantly surprised to see the. Improvement. No question it made a difference. It's now about time to hit it a second time and finish the cleanup2. I'm expecting a complete change in that somewhat neglected area. Very nice! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works But Slowly The product label is there for a reason!! These products cannot be used in temps below 50 degrees or over 80 degrees. If you APPLY outside of these temp parameters the product will not work and the weeds will laugh it off. Also, do not apply two days before cutting or within two days of cutting. The product needs foliage to work. I prefer to mix a little strong in a two gallon pump sprayer and soak the weeds pretty well. Weak weeds like dandelions will curl up over night. The Oxalis and Chickweed will take a full week to show signs that it is working. I reapply after 3 weeks. April 18, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hope it's great in Fall I rec'd 2 products and used the other and ran out of time prior to summer getting in full swing to use this product on the white clover that has set in. I hope to use this Fall. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] August 2, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Did what it was suppose to do Weed -B-Gone worked very well in killing the large amount of clover that was overtaking my lawn. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] August 5, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by disappointed The product did not come with the needed applicator, so needless to say, I cannot use nor review this product. I tried contacting customer service, but got nowhere in obtaining applicator. :( [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] August 2, 2016
