I discovered rotted wood in the bottom corners of the sliding and the fixed panels on two of my patio doors. To replace the doors would have cost at least $3,000 each. I removed the rotted wood, treated the rotted areas with the PC Hardener and filled the rotted areas with the PC Woody epoxy. After filing, sanding and painting, the repaired areas were barely noticeable. I saved myself several thousand dollars! I did have to order a second 12oz of the epoxy paste to finish my job. The volume of the mixed material from a 2-can pack is about 12 cubic inches.

Used quite extensively on weathered patio wood and am very satisfied with the results. It applies nicely and fills in cracks, nail holes, small gouges, etc. well. Bonds and sands very satisfactory and looks and feels like wood. Once the 2 part product is mixed the cure time is limited to a half an hour or so in warm weather so mix small patches and apply immediately. HOT water assist with clean up and I found craft wood jumbo popsicle sticks work great for initial scooping of product from each jar and mixing it together in a throw away plastic cup.

Worked as described. I had a large area to repair so I filled with cedar shims and layered Woody in all voids. End result was like new. Took a few minutes to get the feel for the consistency but had plenty of time to apply and get the finish I needed. Highly recommend and will buy again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ebporte PC-Woody Epoxy Paste works great, can be pre tinted to desired color
Because this epoxy takes about 24 - 48 hours to harden, you will have at least 1 hour to mix and use the epoxy to fill in wood imperfections and to even join wood together for joints where clamps cannot be easily used to provide the pressure typically required by most wood glues. Once hardened, the epoxy can be easily sanded, and provides a surface that can be stained, sealed or finished with polyurethane or paint.
This is a very good product and I am surprised that it is not available in most retail stores.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Flowermaid Makes a good strong patch
I used this product to fill a sizable rotted wood hole in an interior window sill of my home. I had to work the thick putty quite a bit, dipping my putty knife in denatured alcohol often to keep it from sticking and get a smooth surface. Once it dried, I sanded the patch to make it even smoother. The color of the sill was dark walnut. Forewarned that it's difficult to get a dark stain with this product, I purchased some dark brown powder pigment and mixed it into the putty before I applied it to the hole. I then applied liquid stain to the dried patch and topped with urethane. The patch is pretty close to invisible, so I'm happy with the result.
