I concur with my fellow consumers. These things are made from the thinnest gauge of aluminum that is known to mankind. They bend severely and are worthy only for the scrap heap. Do not buy!!!

I tried to use a kit on a 46" by 35" window using new metal screening. I assembled it per instructions (I'm an aerospace repair technician of over 20 years) and then placed it in the window. While the corners fitted perfectly, the frames bent inwards over a half inch on the centers of the frames leaving half inch gaps for even the largest insects to come right in.
The frames are just way too bendable. I've seen this before using even plastic screening.
These are probably the weakest frames ever manufactured and they cost a lot.
If your window is larger than a 12 x 12....don't buy this product!

Every aspect of this product is awful. The rubber material will not stay in the track, with that the tabs for holding the screen in fall out with the slightest pressure. The product is inexpensive, but affordable doesn't have to mean cheap construction. Home depot should not carry this product.
