Product Overview

With the Pro-Series Two Story Rolling Scaffold Tower you can access light fixtures to change light bulbs or clean tall windows in the great room. This Scaffold Tower allows you to easily access hard to reach places to install acoustical or ceiling tiles, perform electrical work or complete HVAC installation. Roll from one end of the room to the other, for painting, patching, wallpapering and hanging drywall with eight 5 in. swivel locking casters. That's a big help when you don't have time to tear down and rebuild the scaffold. Homeowners and contractors alike will appreciate the 1,000 lbs. load capacity. That means you can easily get 2 or more big guys up there to help with drywall installation or painting. A large, 66.5 in. L x 16.25 in. W, wood and steel deck provides a sturdy work surface. The Pro-Series Two Story Rolling Scaffold Tower unit includes everything you need to build a safe and secure interior scaffold system, from the casters to the guard rail. Use a single or double stack, based on the needs of the job. When used as a single story system, the scaffold measures only 29 in. W, so it can fit through standard doorways.

can we make it higher by adding more components?

Asked by: Thiha
Adding a third level will make this product unstable in my view unless secured from above in some way and also properly.

Is the height adjustable?
Asked by: Roy
The height can be adjusted in relatively small increments. However, I found this scaffolding to be too movable to be comfortable using. Therefore, we returned the scaffolding to Home Depot and purchased a giant ladder in its place. If you are not bothered by heights, it would likely be just fine for someone else. It was a sturdy system - just moved around too much for me.

12 ft. 2-Story Rolling Scaffold Tower with 1000 lb. Load Capacity is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 113.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Scaffolding a little wably, Badly fabricated railing The assembled scaffolding was a little more wobbly than I liked, and by using wood shims to tighten the rails to the sides, made a big difference. The railing required bolting two sections together, and did not fit in the openings unless using a crow bar, not a good situation when installing the railing section high up. I contacted customer service and not hearing form them for 6 weeks, returned the whole set up within the 90 day return period.

It is a bit high so if you are one that gets uneasy with the height then get a second person to help. Overall the working height is 17 feet which is pretty good . I use the scaffold for indoor cathedrals. The scaffold rolls easily and all the wheels lock into place. You can set this up as two separate 6 foot scaffolds but you will need to take the wheels from the stabilizer arms to have them both roll. I gave it four stars for two reasons. The first is the assembly of the guard rails alone is cumbersome. If you look at the video on the Home Depot site for this scaffold, they skip that part, hmmm. Second, when it is completely installed, the scaffold has some shake to it so if you have poor balance, you better have the guard up. Good product for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to put together by a woman professional artist. Scaffolding is easy to put together and I can put it together by myself as well. Wobbles a little, but all scaffolding I've used does. Shipping process was horrible tho...package came really beat up by the forklifts and had a damaged side brace that I had to get replaced. However, I got that in a timely manner. Besides the people in shipping being so rough on it, I love it!!
