This company does not honor their warranties. Says 5 year warranty or 5 year limited warranty. Well, they change models all the time, and once the model changes, the warranty goes out the window! I have tried for a couple of years to get warranty work done to my greenhouse for the plastic that turned CLOUDY and started to crumble. FINALLY I WAS TOLD even though I had a couple of years left on the warranty, that they had no parts for the model, therefore there was NO WARRANTY.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rick Good product, but difficult to assemble
The greenhouse was very difficult to assemble. Some minor engineering design modifications would have made it much easier, such as tapering the ends of connectors that are supposed to slip into other parts. Also, in a windy area, on some days you can't work on it at all. I did most of the work myself, and it took me five 8-hour days to complete, not counting delays for wind. I am 69 years old and did almost all the work myself, so someone younger should be able to do it more quickly. I mounted mine on a rectangular base of 4x6 pressure treated boards, placed landscaping cloth underneath, and filled the rectangle with pea gravel. It seems pretty sturdy once completed, but I also purchased the tie-down kit because of the high winds here near the coast. I like the finished product, especially for the price (I paid $799), but I took away two stars for assembly difficulties.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jellybean Our new greenhouse
I have already recommended this greenhouse to another couple in Dallas, TX. We have had it assembled and in use for about 3 weeks now and we love it. My warm weather plants are doing well and we're in the process of ordering more accessories now. We look forward to having hothouse tomatoes and cucumbers this winter!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dick Assembled fairly easy with just me doing the work, but it would have been much easier with another pair of hands.
I assembled it by myself in probably 8-9 hours. The instructions take some figuring out as they are just several pages (25?) of drawings, like hieroglyphics. Some of the channels that the plastic panels slide into were crushed in shipping as everything is just piled loosely in a large carton. These are easily fixed with a wide bladed screwdriver. Some plants are suffering sunburn thru the clear panes so I'll need to provide some shade cloth it appears.

The greenhouse is a giant erector set that is very well engineered. Everything went together perfectly. It was enjoyable to watch the progress from laying the foundation to installing water. It took a bit longer than predicted but I was able to do most all of the work myself and needed assistance mostly for tasks requiring more than two hands....only a couple of those. I would recommend the greenhouse to anyone interested in an enjoyable project and an effective growing greenhouse. I will enjoy the products.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Larry Instructions were kind of hard to follow
The Green House was received in a few days, and an inventory was done - all parts accounted for except a few nuts. We discovered a broken part so I tried calling to get a replacement be cause we had plans to assemble it on the weekend we were visiting my daughter. They were closed for the July 4th weekend starting Thursday so no one was available to help. I used epoxy and a screw to fix it (I hope it holds). It was the only weekend we could do it. In assembly we found a number of bent parts so we did the best we could in straightening them. The instruction manual is rather hard to follow. They have lots of pictures, but not everything you need for the instructions on that page is on that page. We had to keep flipping back to the beginning of the book to read comments on various steps and to help in identification of parts. On the page for each instruction, there is a little set of icons at the top showing what is needed. Sometimes there is an icon showing a person reading the book. Part way through the process of assembly, I figured out this means you need to go back to the page of extra explanations to see what the page (i.e. step 8) doesn't show you. The poly-carbonate windows seem flimsy, but may be ok in a fairly strong wind and light snow load. It could sure use a second ceiling vent as it gets very hot in strong sun and hot days.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Billy Beautiful greenhouses
After reading such mixed reviews about this greenhouse, I was skeptical ordering it. I bit the bullet and ordered 2 of them because of the great price. They were delivered amazingly quick. A very detailed friend and I put both of them together at the same time. We found the instructions pretty easy to read. Don't try to get ahead of yourself, because you will probably have to back up a bit. With a lot of patience, they went together easily. Had no damaged parts and looks AMAZING. Well worth the money. I just replaced one that was smaller and 25% more expensive and these are so much nicer.

This greenhouse is what I was looking for, very attractive and sturdy,It has held up through rain and normal wind storms, I hope it holds up to Upstate New York winters. Instructions were tough being pictorial ,It took 3 of us aprox 6 hours ,we had no issues with the assembly, you just have to lay all the numbered parts out and take your time. The final product looks great and my plants are growing fast.
