Bench came w/o hardware. Called D C America twice to get nuts and bolts. Bench came with broken back piece and missing flange. They blamed transporter. Could not be transporter because broken flange was missing. Customer service man was obnoxious. Home Depot man OK. New product has not arrived .

The seat of the bench does not seem very sturdy. Otherwise it is very nice.

From the picture, I was expecting it to be a little larger. More lightweight than other benches I have. Its pretty, but not a great as I hoped.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ihavetodowhat good product, easy to maintain, nice appearance
I bought this bench because i needed a bench for my yard but did not want a wooded back. This will be easy to maintain because I only need to protect the wood on the seat and will be exposed to the elements. The seat does have two small supports to keep the bench from sagging so that is a plus when two people sit on it together. Both my girlfriend and I sat together on it and it doesn't sag at all. I saw more expensive benches without the support so be careful when selecting one if you plan to use it a lot. Great value, will serve it's purpose well.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by grace Product seat is not strong enough
The seat part of the product is not strong enough to support 2 people. The wooden slats are bending when a person over 180 lbs is seated on it.
The two narrow metal strips provided are not enough to bear the weight of 2 average weighted persons.
Perhaps you can add additional supports and send them out to previous customers.
This is a major flaw in an otherwise good product.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by mcceramic you get what you pay for
This was an inexpensive addition to our new pond feature. The metal is solid, but the hardware to put the bench together is very cheap. I had to replace all the nuts, bolts and washers to get the thing to "snug up". The wooden slats are cheap wood as well. I see myself replacing them with oak in the spring. Also once the bench is put together it is quite wobbly side to side.
Oh well... you get what you pay for!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mikey A very nice bench
This bench is great for what we need it for. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the wooden slats you sit on have a tendency to bow a bit when two men or one large man sits on them. They are a great value, aesthetically pleasing ad also have holes in each foot to secure to your patio or any permanent location. I highly recommend them.
