Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This bench looks great Well made then others we have looked at. Seating is just right. April 10, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing! I received this bench as a gift in honor of my late mother, that always used to love her garden. My friends even had a little plaque engraved with her name on it that I put on the back of it. I made a little sitting area complete with a fire pit and put my bench there. It has only been a year and the other day my dogs knocked it over and the legs broke off! I'm so disappointed! At least no one was sitting in it when the legs broke off! I would expect better quality from Home Depot. March 9, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This is a sturdy, attractive bench I ordered two of these. One unit was in good shape and contained all the requisite parts. The other was in bad shape: no hardware and badly damaged slats. I suspect the box came apart in shipping and was never fully or properly put back together. I returned it to my local Home Depot and easily obtained a refund. The unit I kept is quite sturdy. The ends are heavy cast iron with sort of copper highlights and the slats are well finished wood. It looks quite attractive in our garden area. It was fairly easy to assemble although better to have two people involved if possible. June 5, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a well built product It's called a "Park Bench", indicating it's suitable for the out of doors. It's questionable the finish will last a season. The screw holes are unfinished making the wood susceptible to moisture damage. The cast side piece was bent. Not the quality I expected from Home Depot. May 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Received in very good condition Contents were all available as far as hardware needed to assemble. The wood planks all were in excellent condition, but as a precaution since it is used outside I got polyurethane sealant to keep the wood in excellent condition for years to come. May 27, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This product is of very poor quality. The wood is of such poor quality, I decided to replace it with high-quality oak. After weeks of work, I was putting the final touches, when the front-left iron leg snapped off. Now, I’m trying to find a local welder, who can fix it. I have too much invested in it so far to scrap it. I may have to buy another one just to get a replacement leg. Now, I'm thinking of using it only for decoration, due to its questionable structural integrity. December 29, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Attractive outdoor seating Wood decking had numerous scratches and box was torn on one end. If I had intended to use this indoors or on a porch/deck, I would have returned it. May 6, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good price, assembly required. Not extremely sturdy but will hold it's own once fully assembled. What you'd expect for the price. Watch out for carpenter bees- On our porch for a week and already had one burrow through a slat. May 22, 2014
