Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not What You Think Bought to update irrigation system as I had purchased a new pump. Brass is supposed to be the best- well not this brand I can assure you. The nut and the spring came of in less than 30 days rendering this completely useless as a check valve. Ended up putting 20 year old original check valve back on and still works perfect- (clearly a superior manufacturer). If you are going to buy one of theses save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere.
