Rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by horrible design directions were horrible. had to take it apart 3 times before I got it right. The way it goes together i.e. screws, connectors etc. made it like a piece of limp spaghetti. first good wind and it would have fallen apart. had to use my own screws to get a little more secure. whoever designed this product { probably China} ought to have their head examined. Oh for the way things used to be made here in the States. September 11, 2015
