Needed a new faucet on complete shower products for an antique bath tub. The original faucet worked for about 18 years. Glad this was available.

Cost effective considering how few reasonably priced options for claw foot tubs with showers. This is the third of this model installed over a twenty year period. Hard water makes this faucet, and probably any other, difficult to service after a few years necessitating replacement when otherwise a washer might due. It would likely last longer if removed, disassembled, and soaked in a mild vinegar solution every couple of years but more easily replaced for $51.

Worked fine for about a year then diverter started allowing water to come out of the spout instead of all coming out of the shower head. Wasting a lot of water. Had a plumber try to fix, but he couldn't. Washer inside was flimsy and got twisted.

Assuming this is the same manufacturer as the one we installed 12+ years ago. Visually, it is an identical product. I think the only thing I don't care for is their use of really soft rubber for the valve seat washer. After the valve stops the flow of water, the faucet handle is allowed to rotate more than 45 degrees. This leads to deforming the washer until it no longer seals properly. I had been able to find a much harder washer at another local hardware retailer, but it seems they do not carry it anymore. The previous faucet needed new seat washers maybe every second or third year. I hope this one lasts as long as the first.
