Rated 3 out of 5 by from price is justified Bought this as it's the most affordable claw foot tub faucet and handshower combination I could find. After installing everything (which is easy enough), I found out the handshower has very weak water pressure. I tested it with the previous handshower, just to make sure, and it was definitely the handshower included in this unit (plastic, I should add). I went out and purchased a new handshower attachment and everything is fine now. It's not fancy, but when most other units cost a considerable amount more, this is a good option provided you're ready to purchase an additional handshower for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Claw Foot Tub Faucet My daughters and I needed a faucet for our antique claw foot tub and wanted one with a hand held shower, so I ordered this one. I was very pleased with the quality. It's not a light weight plastic faucet. I was able to install it without any problem. For Quality and ease of installation, I give it 5 stars. What I didn't like was, there were no instructions, no pictures ... nothing to indicate what the small "hook" type part was for. I'm guessing that somehow it holds the hand held shower. Pictures or instructions would have been a big plus, but that's the faucet companies fault, no fault of my Home Depot, who are always there for me, if I need them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems immediately upon installation I purchased this faucet to replace an almost identical one in a rental unit in a four-plex where my water bill was killing me at sometimes $350.00 a month. Turned out the tenants had not told me the old claw-foot tub faucet was trickling a steady stream of water 24/7 and would not shut off because the handles could not be turned far enough since they were hitting the spout. Well, immediately after installing this new one, the first time I turned it on and off, it continued to trickle water until I finally had to turn the handles so far down they, too, were nearly hitting the spout. And this is with brand new washers inside? Not a good sign. I removed the handles and re-positioned them both so there's more room between them and the spout at shut-off time, but then the thing does not turn on sufficiently, the hot water side especially seems to cause the washer inside the valve to expand, nearly cutting off the flow of water. This looks like a really nice, well finished product, but I'll be pleasantly surprised if it keeps working very long.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fine for the price I put them in 2 rental units and they have been fine for over a year. Problem is when you need to replace the washer in the hand-held shower it's hard (impossible) to find that size. I went to 3 hardware stores and 1 plumbing supply store. The plumbing supply store gave me one that had a bigger diameter and suggested I try trimming it to fit. i was able to do that and it worked, amazingly enough. So that is a real drawback. Otherwise Ok for the money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Jury still out Paid $400 for challenging installation. Leaked. Plumber returned and said it was defective and would still leak. Ordered new faucet. Installed one quit leaking. Dilemma. Gamble installed one is OK or pay to have new new one installed? Customer service from HD was great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well, great value! Very happy with this -- the unit itself installed easily and if fit the old tub well. One thing that isn't clear from the photo is that the shower head hose is long enough so that it can be placed at a normal shower height
