Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Papa Better than the one it replaced
This replaced an old unit that wore out over time. This one is far better than the one it replaced. It mounts higher, has more room inside, but the shower head is terrible. I used my own shower head and could not be happier.

The Product was delivered sooner then I expected. The only problem was that no instructions were included but the plumber did it!!!

Product does the job but faucet whistles from time to time.
Easy installation with instructions available on line at Home Depot. None in box.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GDJ42 Fine on the whole, but shower head inadequate.
This was a replacement for an existing almost identical product (same manufacturer and style), which had developed dripping faucets that were impossible to repair. The newer model seems to be better designed (better faucets and sturdier shower ring). The one exception is the shower head - the original was made of metal and produced a strong spray; the new one is of plastic and produces little more than a drip. Luckily I saved the older head, and with the help of a $4 brass adapter was able to attach it to the new riser - good spray once again.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Claw Beware of the information not included.
...all plastic and very poor flow. The showerhead is possibly the cheapest ever made. So if you go to buy a replacement head you find that the threads are 3/8 not standard 1/2 so there is nothing that will fit at the Depot unless you purchase a reducer. Very poorly thought out!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Scot Good product, but a bit touchy to install.
The unit goes togetherwell enough, but the screw holes in the curtian rods DO NOT LINE UP.
The support rods are one long and one short. I would have liked to had two long ones and let me cut them to size.
As it works out, you can purchase 1/2 inch copper pipe and a slip joint, cut of a 2 inch piece of chrome pipe, sand off the chrome and solder it to the copper to form an extension. It turns out quite nice when sanded to a shine.
This would be my only complaint.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ralph Looks good when assembled
Some of the pre-drilled holes did not line up but was able to assemble the unit without too much trouble. I was really impressed with the quality of the stock use to manufacture this unit. Very nice. I have installed this unit to add a shower to a claw foot tub in the master bath of a 1870circa home that I am re doing myself.
