Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MUrphy Decent shower frame - shower head needs replacing
Easy enough to install though the faucet required a 3/4" female to male convertor that home doesn't stock, suggested we make one; Lowe's had the part. Two additional items to note is that the brackets are a tight fit even with WD40 - we had to use sandpaper to get them to fit together. Secondly, the shower head is noisy and not very good so be prepared to replace that part.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bobbi 2-handle claw fot tub faucet with riser and shower ring
Product came boxed and box had a big hole in it right where the fragile placard was and the shower ring is dented. No washers accompanied product. Not very impressed for the amount of money that was paid!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Harpo Clawfoot tub shower rod and faucet - polished brass #100481689
Faucet shown on line isn't what you get -- pix on line is out of date, mfg no longer makes it so you get polished brass handles rather than ceramic ones shown. Took hrs to try to get what was pictured online (and what I wanted!) - promised replacement handles received were plain polished brass and I got two sets! Finally got a customer service rep who went above and beyond and called the mfg only to find out that Home Depot had an out of date photo of what the mfg now provided and that I couldn't get the porcelain handles since they didn't have any. At least I got a 10% refund for my trouble but it took almost 3 hrs of calling and talking before I got that! Sloppy IT department at HD.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by PeteT Better than the wall mount version
I bought the wall mount version first and there is no way that would have lasted more than a week.
This one was easier to install and looks way better.

Did not use the faucet but the rise works great. The fixture is loud if you have higher water pressure. The tubes are just slightly too large for the mounts, a tube cutter solved this. However the holes for the mounts and holes in the tubs are not positioned equally so if you get the screw in one side it doesn't necessarily go in on the other and you need to drill a new hole. Took a while to figure out.

Should have listened to all the bad reviews! All fir relatively well and seemed okay till I turned on the shower and only half of the water was diverted, so no water pressure and wasted water. Going to jump thru the hoops to return it.

I bought this to replace the one I installed 16 yrs ago. The old one's tub/shower diverter broke. This new one has an identical faucet so I would say expect this to last 16 yrs. It is perfect for our antique pedestal tub. I will warn that the shower ring tubes are a tight fit into the hardware. I recommend fitting all pieces before hanging because I put stress on the wall screws doing it in place. If you are at least mildly mechanically inclined and you have a 1/2" pipe cutter you'll have no problem figuring this out. No instruction with delivery.
