There needs to be more choices of lengths. I had to alter it to fit. Like others, I found the shower head not satisfactory but was able to make it acceptable. It is working very good now, just needed some modifications.
I have a 5 ' tub so I had to shorten the length. I cut out a section from the middle of each side then used a 2 " length of electrical conduit to join it back. Put it in 1 " then drill and tap for # 10=24 screw and install screw then join the other length and repeat. Drill on the bottom of rod so screw head doesn't interfere with curtain hooks,
For the shower head I drilled 8 of the 12 spray holes to 1/16 " and used caulk to plug all of the outer spray slots.
I could not find any parts such as wall and ceiling supports, these should be available.

It works, the shower curtain rods were not the same shape on each side and had to bend them to even them out the best I could. Tells me they don't inspect their work very well before shipping. No instructions had to keep looking at the picture on the package. A couple more brackets would definitely make this a 4 star product..

I hear a lot of whining in regards to baseline product purchases at HD as well as everywhere else.
Home improvement projects will always cost more than planned. You get what you pay for. As a contractor, I want to install the best products on my projects for clients. However, they DO NOT want to pay for the best parts. This part worked out perfectly for my clients budget (sr. citizen-widower). Now, mind you, it did not come with a gasket and like some others mentioned regarding the tub spout to shower vlv---it is a poor design because of its lack of close build tolerance--gap. I will use this product in the future as well as put it in any cabin, but don't expect it to fly in some ones $300k Home remodel.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Barney1 Low cost, works ok. Would buy something else next time.
Very thin tubing, cheap hardware, standard size shower heads do not fit and faucet makes it difficult to regulate temperature.
It was easy to install. Just need a tubing cutter, a few wrenches, screw driver and drill with driver. No leaks and the finish is holding up well. Very low quality plastic shower head is included and as mentioned earlier is not easily changed as it is smaller than standard.
A high quality version will cost you closer to $800 and is not carried by the Depot. I will likely upgrade to a higher quality project in the next couple years.
Functionally, it takes the water from the pipes, routes it through a taller pipe, squeezes it through some little holes and throws onto my filthy body. I guess that's all it should really do. Time to go rinse. Enjoy!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Kmar Missing parts
Just like the other reviews say, this product came with no instructions and was missing parts. I had to go to the local hardware store and purchase two pieces that were missing. I could not find anything like this product anywhere else, so I had to buy it here. Too bad, it's definitely not worth the money.

This product is not too bad at first. As many others have said there are no instructions with it, but it can be figured out in time. There is ONE BIG PROBLEM though. The valve that diverts the water to the shower head is JUNK, After only about 20 showers it is giving me problems. Something inside is jamming up, but if I work it up and down it frees up and works again for a few showers. This is not what I call a good product. I am going to keep the top part and see if I can find a better quality Faucet with a 3/8" fitting on top for the shower pipe.

I may have gotten a lemon but from the moment the box was opened, my handyman was very unhappy with the installation . Lacked any kind of gasket for faucets to protect porcelain tub and be the foundation for the water proofing with putty/caulking as additional support. My HM fashioned an extra form fitting gasket from grey plumbers sheet. Maybe this is the reality of the price point. The shower rod required my gc to sand and grind in order for the pieces to actually fit. Visually, it looks like what it is utilitarian and low budget which is what I can afford now. The shower head is easily change-able as previous commenter mentions. I'm hoping it lasts long enough for me to afford something a bit more quality down the road.
