Rated 4 out of 5 by from A decent system. My previous bath system had a gooseneck spout and no shower. The faucet was installed through the tub, so I had to have a system that kept the potable water above the tub line. The faucet and shower pipe attached easily to my existing system. There were only two problems with this system. One was that, although it was high enough for my wife at 5'9", it did not quite do the job for me or our roommate (6'0" and 6'3"). We got around this problem by purchasing a four inch pipe and some connectors (couldn't get chrome a chrome connector, so had to go with brass). The other problem was the double threaded bolt that connects the shower to the wall. It is 6 inches, I needed about 2. I cannot speak about the shower head itself as we purchased a different fixture with a moveable hose-arm.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never again. This was a waste of $180. Because Home Depot had none of these in-store, we ordered online. What we really needed was the riser and faucet for our Victorian clawleg tub. We spent nearly $180 to find that the faucet was a single one-piece unit in which NOTHING was removable. That came into play because the actual pipes and taps didn't work with our plumbing. We tried taking the riser off, and it cracked in three places - turns out it's not metal. The only part of this overpriced useless piece of garbage we were able to salvage and use was the shower pipe. That happened to be the one thing we could have lived without. Trying to get information on how to return the unused part has been a nightmarel - no one has given us the same information twice. So far, we've been offered a $20 in-store gift card in exchange for wasting $180. We spent more on buying replacement parts to see if we could get our old riser to work. Gee, thanks, Home Depot. Very generous of you, NOT. We've been customers of Home Depot for decades, buying everything from LG washers and refrigerators from them, but after this, I'm disinclined to buy so much as a bottle of water from them in the future.
