I was surprised how easy it was to install. I installed it with the Brushed Nickel Edgewood faucet. They really improved the bathroom.

After inspecting for any damages you NEED to seal the granite top. Do this before installing the sink fixtures and/or placing it on top of the vanity. I sealed it about four times (to include inside the holes that the drain and faucet fits in) following the sealers instructions. This sink comes with a backsplash that I also sealed. Go to the store to get a matching sidesplash if needed. You will probable have to look at ALL they have on the shelf to get one that is close to the color of the vanity. Seal around the vanity top and back/side splashes with a clear silicone sealant.

This vanity top replacement was perfect. Took older wood vanity and completely updated & upgraded. Better and cheaper than new composite wood vanity.

The top has good color and dimensions. Installation was easy. I purchased a side piece from the store and the color match was very good. Used pecan colored silicon to seal as it seemed to give the best color match although I was looking for something a bit darker. My primary disappointment was the quality of the granite. The grain structure is very loose and although highly polished there are numerous gaps between crystals which manifest as pits throughout the surface. I noted the darkening of the granite when wet, which would disappear when dry. After noting the darkening issue, I sealed with a du-pont stone sealer which worked well as there is no more darkening when wet. The top looks good but will require more maintenance than I would prefer.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by LaurenLynn06 We recently remodeled our bathroom and found it hard looking for a top to match beige tiling and Oak trim. I wanted a top with a bowl that was another color. As I was shopping online I found this Beige Top that matched our tile perfectly.
When we received the product and set it up it went with our Oak trim and Oak vanity perfectly. I am VERY pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone.
However as shown in the picture it only comes with one side splash. You must purchase a second one separately.
