Yes. Installing on tile is a little more difficult. Hopefully you can locate the studs behind the tile. If you're intending to install it vertically in a shower or tub area that is tiled, hopefully the tiling does not extend to the ceiling so you can use a stud locator to find a stud then use a level (or a plumb bob) to find the location of the stud behind the tiles where you want to mount the grab bar.
Next, you'll need a drill with a special drill bit meant for tile. I've found in the past you have two options when drilling on tile. You can either put some painters tape on the tile and mark where you want to drill or you can take a nail and with a hammer very gently tap where you want the hole to be drilled just enough to break the surface of the tile so the drill bit has something to "grab". I prefer the nail and hammer but you must be very gentle or you will crack your tile. Either method keeps the drill bit from "skating" all over the tile and you'll never get your hole where you want it.
A few other tips - you may only be able to get one of the screws to hit a stud. In that case, make sure you purchase a longer screw that really goes into the stud and adds extra strength to the grab bar. The other screws that don't hit a stud can be anchored with a molly bolt or wall anchor. You will have to drill larger holes for those anchors. It will tell you what size bit to buy when you purchase them.
