Answer:
The sink comes with 6 pre-drilled holes (drilled only half way) underneath. You or the installer will need to cut through the rest of the way with a cutter. There is only hole cut clean through for a center faucet.

Hi, Rod.
I have located the installation details regarding the 6 pre-punched holes from the installation PDF located under the "More Info" tab under the product on our website.
This should answer all your questions:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO INSTALLING SINKPlease make sure to make any additional holes in the sink~ BEFORE INSTALLING ~ .1. Additional holes available are pre-punched from underneath the sink and are marked on top by stickers at each location. Check position of the stickers before you knock out the hole.2. Put packing materials back into the box and place the sink on top of the box.3. While holding your hand under the sink you will feel the pre-punched hole. Tap the center of the sticker lightly with a 6 or 8 oz ball peen hammer.4. Trim the hole with the ball peen hammer lightly or use a fine file to clean up the rough edges. Please make sure you do not make the hole larger than the pre-punched hole underneath.NOTE:Do not use drill or flat hammer to punch holes out as it could crack sink & void warranty.

I don't believe so. But you can certainly plumb the drain to go in any direction under the sink.

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Sink This sink is gorgeous and huge. The sink is advertised as a Pegasus but shipped in a Blanco box. I was happy to see that. It was on sale for $237.00 which is a great deal. I'll never go back to a Double Bowl again. All the pans lay flat without hitting a middle divider. The 10" deep is great. Installed the Delta Ashton goose neck. *****BUY the SINK****** July 24, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fun Large Sink What a great sink; nice and deep and large. Takes up the same amount of space as a two bowl sink would. Easy to keep clean and you can wash large items in it. Free shipping a plus also. Very sturdy. I was thinking of getting a separate big basin tub sink but I didn't have to. One sink does it all. August 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This sink is great for our family! We were concerned about buying a granite sink online, sight unseen for two main reasons. The picture shows 7 punch outs on the sink and no one could tell me definitely that they were not already drilled. Also, the color is listed as "slate" and we were unsure as to how that would blend with our black counter tops. Jump ahead almost a year later, and we are thrilled with this purchase. This under mount sink has just one hole for the faucet- the two "bumps" are great for hand soap and dish detergent. The size is perfect for our family! There is no twisting and turning of the pans and pots to get them clean- as they fit in the single bowl! I can even soak my broiler pans when I need to. Although this is a deep sink, we have had no problems cleaning. I've read reviews on some composite/ granite sinks where people complain about "white spots". No worries. This is easy to clean- easy to maintain. I would recommend this sink to anyone looking to upgrade their sink to one that is larger and deeper. March 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I love this sink! At first, I wasn't too sure about a black sink, I come from old school, where they were always white, and had two sides, but I was so annoyed with it, I just "went for it". I love the one big sink, lots of room for bathing the dogs (I DO wash it well afterwards, fyi), washing large pans, etc. If I need a separate part for thawing frozen items, just use a plastic bowl. I've gotten lots of compliments and it's just what I wanted. Easy to clean, very durable (I dropped a marble cutting board in it, didn't phase it.). I'd recommend it to anyone. July 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by beautiful sink! It just got installed so I have not used it yet but this is the third composite sink I have bought (different houses) and I love them! I think I am going to really like have one big sink instead of the dual sink! February 5, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by If you buy this sink you will love it Big sink! Perfect for washing pots, pans and all your baking trays. Mounted under the silestone countertop we had installed, it looks perfect too! August 6, 2013
