We bought this faucet for the kitchen of our elderly parent who forgets to turn off the water. The faucet works great! For our situation, we need to have a way to set the water flow and temperature such that it cannot be changed by her (unless we need to). We are gonna try to create a wedge to keep the handle in place (which will make the faucet look bad). The faucet came without any manuals so we have to trial and error the settings. Other than that the faucet works great.

I tried everything to get this to work. The sensor is broken and the top part leaks. I tried to put washers, but it still leaks.

No instructions, loose parts, leaks all over the place, sensor is only works some of the time. Would not recommend, even discounted price as I got it, returning it.

I just bought the Chrome version of this faucet, which I can no longer find on the website, but they are functionally the same.
This faucet came with no installation instructions and no operating instructions. For most fixtures that is no problem, but for a touchless fixture, that's a mistake.
Installation - first, it had large male brass adapters on the end of the hot and cold lines. These are screwed on with pipe dope and incredibly hard to remove. You have to remove them, since you are far more likely to use the 3/8" female connection.
Otherwise, connection seems straightforward if you've ever installed a faucet before. You'd be WRONG! The hot and cold water lines inside the faucet need to also be tightened. That's unusual. I installed the faucet, turned it on, and water poured out. So, the faucet came off, and the lines inside were tightened and then back on, and everything is now good.
As for operation, there's no operator's guide, and you have to figure it out by trial-and-error. In fact, the product description here on HD all makes sense once you figure it out. One mistake in the specs is that it says there's no flow control, but there is. You have temp control, flow control and three ways to turn it on or off.
I like it, I like the price, but the lack of installation and operation manuals is a serious problem, given that it's an unusual faucet.
Oh, I forgot, if there was an online manual either here, or at a Pegasus website, that would solve most people's problems, but there isn't. I actually figured out what company manufactured this product for HD, and even they don't have an installation or operator's manual on their website.
If this wasn't so inexpensive, I would have returned it.
