Rated 1 out of 5Â by Guccigarden Didn't germinate
"Easy" is definitely not a good description on the label, particularly when your neighborhood is on water restrictions. Prepping the soil scratching it up here and there thru the whole yard took hours, spreading the seed was a no brainer, but then hand watering it 3 times a day for a month was a complete waste of time. Very few of the seeds germinated although the weather conditions and ground were still quite warm enough, perfect actually, for bermudagrass to sprout. Won't try this again.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by Donna My landscaper said it was not the best quality of seed
I purchased the seed as my landscaper was going to install it to fill in areas that needed it. He asked me why I bought that particular seed and did not think it was very good. The grass is growing where he put it so I guess it can't be all that bad.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by FloridaLawnSeedBermuda Bermuda Grass Seed
In response to all of you that hate this product ⦠I planted, seeded, last year and will be over-seeding this year. If all else fails, READ DIRECTIONS. Bermuda seed needs to germinate at an average temperature of 70 degrees or above. I live in Central Florida and have not over-seeded yet, too cold. Hopefully the temperature will kick up and I will over-seed and fill in but to date it has been too cold. Iâll over-seed with Pennington Sahara Bermuda and use this mix for brown and bare spots. I've had the seed for about two weeks but KNOW with this temperature the germination will be poor. The reason you are having problems is that itâs too cool that's why it says to plant in late spring and through the summer. Iâm still waiting!!

Maybe on small patches were grass is needed but not on the big ones. Plus you need to use a lot for it to work.

I followed the directions there was some growth of new grass but not what I expected. May need to give it more time to see if more will sprout.
