I installed it in a powder room and it is fine. I wouldn't recommend it in a bath with a shower or tub. This product is not water proof.

Pergo and the companies to which we sell our product, in this case Home Depot, not only require that product offerings be updated and refreshed to meet the current interior style trends but also to reflect product development changes and improvements that occur over time. That requires that the retailers place older goods on close-out and change out their color pallet, and at times that requires Pergo to simply drop the decor all together.
There are numerous methods to minimize the personal expense outlay on damage if the same planks are no longer produced and/or available, and there are ways of being creative using the floor plan and layout of current floor.
1) Identify the damaged area and decide if it could be re-laid with a contrasting color and not a close match. For example this could be done in an alcove thereby giving the space its own identity.
2) If the damage follows a few rows, a contrasting color that adds definition to the space could be used, such as around the kitchen counters.
3) If the damage is under an appliance any available floor can be used to "patch" the hidden area.
4) Rearrange the non-damaged old flooring and use another color in a space that fits the suggestions above or that could be hidden under an area rug.
A last resort is if this water damage from an internal source, most home owner’s insurance policies can possibly replace the entire floor for the cost of your deductible.
I regret we no longer produce your particular decor but I do hope that one of these solutions can assist you in replacing your damaged planks.

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 12 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Floor! Very true and easy to work with. I recommend this floor type through my business. Ordered on line and received it in a timely manner. It would be nice if Home Deopt stocked a few more color choices. From my professional experience, Pergo has an advantage as the tounge section is smaller which makes it stronger and easier to install. The Pergo commericial is unbeatable and installed in my own house. I do install more DuPont floors as my customers like the selections better. I have never had either brand fail and I do prep the floor as required before installation. January 22, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing! I expected better than this from a name brand like Pergo. It does not look like real tile, because the pattern is rectangular not square like most tile. The pattern on the flooring appears to be crooked - the "joint lines" don't meet at the end of one plank and the beginning of the next. A couple of the end joints don't match up smoothly. You have to look closely to see these things, but it is very disappointing all-in-all. I will not buy Pergo again. December 27, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love it! I love the look of this flooring!! It is so nice and rich looking without the expense. And it is so durable! I love it! One small problem....There isn't a matching Quarter Round for this color tone, Beige. It way too light!! It probably matches the Natural Tumbled Marble but NOT the beige toned flooring. I've spent countless hours on various websites and in the store, and there really isn't a matching Quarter Round. At least not one that looks good in my opinion. :( December 3, 2010
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sturdy Stuff I've had Pergo Presto in the basement of a home which became a rental for years. Severe abuse in the house by renters couldn't touch this stuff! I saw stains I thought "that will never come up" but they ALL did! Do NOT however, plan on using this product in a Sunroom--the harsh sunlight and heat seem to be the only thing that this stuff can't withstand. (I believe Pergo states that on the product box or literature.) April 1, 2009
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Alternative To Real Stone Tile I bought this product because I wanted the stone look but am unable to work on my knees to grout them. I put this product in my small bathroom and adjoining hallway. Was easy to install and looks great. Be sure to follow Pergo instructions to put their sealant around the edges in a bathroom as it is a wood laminate product and the floor WILL get wet. June 8, 2010
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by used in my house down at the shore,it looked awesome, fooled everyone everyone thought the floor was tiled. It LOOKED so great, but SANDY that nasty storm ruined it all!!! I am going to replace it with the same floor.TG they still have it. TG it is easy to install. May 9, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Best floating floor out there, but... This is the best floating floor system on the market, but their customer service is non existing, Do NOT buy any special orders they will not replace anything damaged in shipment. HD however has great customer service. August 4, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great flooring This was a great alternative to actually installing ceramic tile. It was easy to install, looks just like stone and cleans up wonderfully! I highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in stone flooring without the stone! February 23, 2010
